Luke 19:42 NKJV
saying, "If you had known, even you, especially in this your day, the things that make for your peace! But now they are hidden from your eyes."
This passage shares what Jesus said as He wept over the city of Jerusalem. He lamented that they did not recognize the things that would have caused them to embrace the peace God intended for them. May we not be so blind. A revelation from God enables us to walk in divine peace, because it is not a natural peace that makes sense to the human mind. So we must continue to pursue a deeper relationship with the Lord and trust Him to keep us in the pathway of peace. As we follow Him, we will walk in wisdom, for He has been made wisdom to us (1 Corinthians 1:30). Proverbs 3:17 tells us that all the ways of wisdom are peace.
