And the God of peace will crush Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.
The God who gives us peace will handle the devil for us. Yes, we will take authority over him. We will command him to leave us alone, to take his hands off our property, etc. But who are we without the Lord? The reason we rebuke Satan and demons in Jesus name is because it will do no good for us to come at him in our own name. Our power and authority is in Christ. So, as we take our stand, it is encouraging to know we do not have to check on how much we can do. We have the Almighty backing us up. We take our stand, and the God of peace will crush the enemy under our feet. So, when the enemy comes to steal our peace, let us rise up and take a bold stand, and watch the God of peace back us up SHORTLY! Jesus said in John 14:14, "If you ask anything in My name I will do it." We don't have to figure out how to do it. We do our part and He will take care of the rest.
