“Therefore if anyone is in Christ [that is, grafted in, joined to Him by faith in Him as Savior], he is a new creature [reborn and renewed by the Holy Spirit]; the old things [the previous moral and spiritual condition] have passed away. Behold, new things have come [because spiritual awakening brings a new life].” -2 Corinthians 5:17AMP

As believers in Christ, we have received a new identity, but have you truly embraced that identity? We belong to God, and our citizenship is in Heaven (Philippians 3:20). Our conversation, values and ways of doing things may appear to be foreign to this world the more we become like Christ and the fruits of the Spirit manifest themselves in our lives. Rejoice today that your identity is in Christ: you are redeemed from the curse of the law (Gal.3:13)! You are the righteousness of God (2 Cor. 5:21), you are THE healed (1 Peter 2:24), accepted (Ephesians 1:6), you have the mind of Christ (Philippians 2:5-8) and so much more! Meditate on who and Whose you are and your confidence on the authority that you have IN Christ will grow.

💯 Period. If God said it, then we have to get to the point where that settles it in your mind. Even if you aren’t convinced by the power of God and the victory that God has already given you, your enemy, the devil, believes it. He’s just hoping that He can discourage you and get you to live and speak in a way that opposes what God has already given to you. Because He believes, he is working diligently to try to steal, kill and destroy the children of God (John 10:10) and any dreams along with it. He knows that God is not a man that He should lie (Numbers 23:19). Isn’t it about time that we believed Him as well? Whatever it is that God has promised you, no matter how difficult or challenging it may seem to be, please remember that our GREAT God is not restricted by the circumstances of this world. He is not surprised. He is not moved. He is not impressed by them. Your words have power, so align them with what He has to say about the situation and your life, as a whole. The GREATER ONE lives inside of you! Put your confidence and trust totally in Him and seek His wisdom for direction in your life (ask for His help). He loves you, and He cares!⁣

🙌 Lord, lead us by your Spirit today. Give us a clean heart, order our steps, give us your perfect peace! You are all powerful, all knowing, forever loving God, and we trust YOU! Our eyes are on You. We love you and thank you in advance for moving on our behalfs. Hallelujah!

📖 “He brought this Good News of peace to you Gentiles who were far away from him, and peace to the Jews who were near. Now all of us can come to the Father through the same Holy Spirit because of what Christ has done for us.” -Ephesians 2:17-18 NLT

🙌 Because of Christ’s sacrifice for us on the cross over 2,000 years ago, we have been brought near to God and made one with Him (v.13-14); whereas previously, sin separated us from God. Thank God that He brought the Gospel (the Good News) to us whether we were Jew or Greek. He thought about it, and counted each and every one of us worthy of saving and redeeming from the curse of the Law BEFORE we were even formed in our mother’s womb. Selah. What great love God has for us! Never doubt your worth or value to your Creator. He has shown us time and time again through His Word and through His actions that we are loved, cherished and the apple of His eye (Zechariah 2:8, Psalm 17:8)! You have access to your Father today through the Holy Spirit. Don’t take it for granted; stir up the gift and stay sensitive to your Father’s direction today. Have a blessed day.

🤔It’s difficult to get (and stay) depressed or bored when you have plans and insight of your future. Before you were even formed in your mother’s womb, God curated a unique plan for your life. The assignment that He has entrusted you with, the unique gifts and talents He’s equipped you with, no one else has in their possession. ⁣

👣 So step up to the plate and walk in the victory that God has already given you. The greater One lives inside of you (1 John 4:4), so don’t lean to your own understanding or to anyone else’s opinion about what you should be doing. Trust His direction for your life and allow Him to order your steps (Psalm 37:23). Not only will He NOT steer you wrong, but you will live a more fulfilled, happy life waking in God’s plans for your life. ⁣⁣

📖 “When God our Savior revealed his kindness and love, he saved us, not because of the righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He washed away our sins, giving us a new birth and new life through the Holy Spirit. He generously poured out the Spirit upon us through Jesus Christ our Savior. Because of his grace he made us right in his sight and gave us confidence that we will inherit eternal life." Titus 3:4-7 NLT

☀️ Good morning! As you prepare for the day, be sure to reflect on the mercy of God. He clearly demonstrated His love and grace through the sacrifice of His Son Jesus. It’s nothing that we did in and of ourselves, but through our salvation in Jesus, we have the freedom to live and walk around justified in God’s eyes. Not only do we have the gift of eternal life, but we have the benefit of having an actual relationship with Him and the privilege of receiving direction and comfort through the Holy Spirit on a daily basis. So, don’t lose sight of the benefits of that relationship. God’s love for you is profound (John 15:13), and He desires for you to live victoriously in life. Just trust Him for direction and favor and be sure to give Him the glory every step of the way.

🤔 It’s God’s desire that His body - the Church - seeks to live harmoniously together. One of the reasons is due to the sheer power of unity! When you think of most choirs that you’ve seen perform, the majority of the time, you only have two reactions: if the choir “members” are off-key or are not singing in unison, there is normally disappointment or annoyance. However, when every “member” - whether alto, soprano or bass - is singing their part together, in harmony, there is a glorious sound that is lifted up and those that hear the sound sing praises. ⁣

In a similar fashion, when we as believers are loving and encouraging one another, when we are all walking in obedience to the plans and instructions God has given us, using the gifts and talents He has blessed us with, we are unified as a body, offering “one voice” to our Father. It gives Him great pleasure and opens the door for the gifts and ministries of the Holy Spirit to flow uninhibited in our lives and in our formal gatherings together. When one of us in the body are in need, we should desire for the need to be met just as urgently as if it was our own because we are one. ⁣⁣

🙏 Lord help us to walk in unity with one another so that we offer up one beautiful sound to you as we fulfill your will on earth today and every day moving forward.

📖 "A good name [earned by honorable behavior, godly wisdom, moral courage, and personal integrity] is more desirable than great riches; And favor is better than silver and gold." -Proverbs 22:1 AMP⁣

When our focus is on representing our Heavenly Father well here on earth, then we will do our best to ensure that our “good name” is intact. How else can we properly represent One so powerful, faithful and worthy of all of our praises? Ironically, when we have a good name or reputation - be it on the job, with a lender or within your respective communities, you are looked upon more favorably and better opportunities will come your way. Oftentimes, the monetary amount of what is saved or given to you when you have the favor of God is on your life is of greater value to you in the end. ⁣⁣

🙏 God, please give us the wisdom, strength and direction to represent you properly in our behavior, deeds and thoughts. Thank you for the favor that you have given us so freely and surrounded us with (Psalm 5:2). We are forever grateful for your love for us.⁣

🙌 Lift your head up and REJOICE! The Creator of the universe is on YOUR side. No matter what you're going through today, your can still rest and find safety and comfort in Him. He is your protection from hurt or danger (seen or unseen). There is power in the name of Jesus! His name is precious and those that love it will be filled with joy! God’s love for us is like a shield, and the more we aim to live uprightly and allow Him to lead our lives, that shield is one that surrounds us and protects us from every fiery dart or attack of the enemy. So, remember: your countenance is even important to God because He cares about what’s going on inside and outside of you (Psalm 24:9): pick your head up - WE WIN and there is nothing too hard for you with God on your side (1 Corinthians 15:57, Philippians 4:13)!⁣

📖 “Beloved, let us [unselfishly] love and seek the best for one another, for love is from God; and everyone who loves [others] is born of God and knows God [through personal experience]. The one who does not love has not become acquainted with God [does not and never did know Him], for God is love. [He is the originator of love, and it is an enduring attribute of His nature.]” -1 John 4:7-8 AMP

🤔 Become more acquainted with God - His love - and your life will exude both the love of God and compassion towards others. Spend time with discontentment or hatred and it will eventually exude from you and make an impression on those around you. If we are “followers” or “imitators” of Christ, then our hearts should mirror the nature of Christ. In fact, God has called “our bluff” when that is not the case. His Word reminds us that we never did know God if we cannot walk in love with our brothers and sisters. One passage of scripture even tell us that if we say that we love God, who we haven’t seen but work contentiously against our brother or sister, who we see on a regular basis, then we are liars (v. 20).⁣

It’s always a heart issue at the core, so examine yours daily and ask God to make you more like Him. He can give you a new heart (Psalm 51:10) and fill it with His love (nature). ⁣

⁣🙌 Give us your heart and your nature oh God so that our deeds conversation please and represent you better.

🙌 If we have accepted Christ in our heart, then we are God’s CHILDREN and therefore, His responsibility. He doesn’t want us to waste time being anxious over the care of this world. Our attitude and character should mirror our Fathers. So “seek” after the Kingdom of God and His ways, and He’ll provide (Philippians 4:19). Come against worry and fear in the name of Jesus! “Jesus looked at them intently and said, “Humanly speaking, it is impossible. But with God everything is possible.” -Matthew 19:26 NLT

If God said it, that settles it. You can take His Word to the bank because He cannot and will not lie or deceive you (Numbers 23:19). Oftentimes, because we live in a physical world, the natural response, as to whether God can “bring us out” of a situation is subconsciously weighed in with whether or not someone else (a physical being or human) can “come through” for us. However, it’s important as children of God and ambassadors of Christ, that we make a habit to first go to our Father God, seek and obey His direction and instructions and then place our faith in Him and in the fact that He fights for us.

Regardless of what the circumstances looks like and what man has said or done, why should we waste time and energy exalting the opinions of humans who are as frail as breath, when we serve the the Most High God & Creator of the universe?! He will fulfill every promise that He has given to you. So, give honor and praise to Him in advance for what He will do on your behalf. He is faithful, and He will not let you down. REST in Him and have a blessed day!

God is not moved by outward appearances (I Samuel 16:7). He is moved by the condition of our hearts. When we earnestly seek God with all our hearts, He speaks to us and is moved to reveal Himself to us. Take the time daily to pray in the spirit to stir up your spirit man. Seek God’s face in prayer and by meditating on His Word as desperately as a deer pants for water at a stream (Psalm 42:1). Only Jesus can quench our soul’s thirst, so continue to drink from His well. ⁣

🙌 When the pressures of this world seem to be blowing in our direction , we have only to lean on God - our IMMOVABLE Rock. He steadies our footing and makes our way clear (Psalm 143:10) because He loves us and cares about our well-being and safety. In a spirit of gratitude for that love, we should honor Him through our words and deeds. He is a Holy and righteous God, and He cares about what we spend time meditating on (Philippians 4:8). Feeling empty or inadequate in an area of your life? Well, there’s no need to worry, fear or grow discontent. God’s ever-flowing, agape love never runs dry; and, it has the ability to fill ANY void in our hearts and to consistently groom us towards perfection (Psalm 138:8)! ⁣⁣

🙌 He desires to heal us and make us whole, inside and out, but because He generally loves us, He also just wants us to simply trust Him. When we put our faith and confidence in His direction for our lives and what He has said and thinks about us, He can dwell in our hearts and use us for His glory. What an honor it is to be “used” by Him and at His bidding (2 Corinthians 5:20). 🤔 Have you forgotten that God has literally given you all that you need to live your life victoriously? The more time we spend “at His feet” and meditating on His Word, we get to know Him better thus making it easier to conform to His ways. He sent His Son Jesus so that you could be reconciled with Him, delivered and set free from any sickness, disease, bondage or baggage. He’s made you MORE than a conqueror (Romans 8:37). He is your protection and covering, so you have nothing to fear (Psalm 91:4). 🤔 Feeling anxious or “stressed” lately? What have you been thinking on? It’s imperative that regardless of our current circumstance - good or bad - that our mind is focused on God, and that we have a desire to walk in His will and way for our lives. Then He can “keep” our minds with an unexplainable peace that the world can’t even comprehend (John 14:27). The peace that God gives is consistent and unbothered by circumstance. So remember to bring God any cares and concerns that you have. Trust that He will move on your behalf and give you the wisdom, favor and direction that you need (Proverbs 3:5-6). 🙌 Good morning new mercies! God has has blessed you with an entirely new set of them today. Yes…He is faithful and because of His faithfulness, we can be faith FULL; we can put our hope in Him. He is dependable and consistent, and His heart towards us is compassionate. So never tire seeking God’s direction and/or walking in His purpose for your life. Take the time to reflect on and thank God for His love for you this morning. Appreciate His “leading” of your life (Psalm 23, Isaiah 30:21). Regardless of the circumstance - good or bad - praise and a heart of gratitude will always have the ability to turn a situation around for the better. When we live by and operate from a spirit of thankfulness, quite naturally, we “reflect” on the goodness of God and what He has done previously. It is, in a way, exalting God above the circumstance, and our faith in Him is strengthened. What He did before, He can do again. He is consistent, and we can depend on Him (Hebrews 13:8).

Gratitude can even open our eyes to new or creative opportunities that we otherwise may have been blind to. So don’t neglect your time with God (through prayer & meditation on His Word); and actively look for opportunities to show your love and gratitude for His faithfulness in your life. Not only will you be honoring God’s will, but you will be setting up the scene for Him to move on your behalf and to give you the wisdom, direction & favor that you need.
