The latest predictions regarding the winter storm is that precipitation will start at 11pm.  Due to the extreme low temperatures, any precipitation that occurs tonight or tomorrow would create hazardous driving conditions, so it is best for us to advise everyone to stay at home tomorrow. There will be a message on livestream tomorrow morning and evening as well as pertinent announcements.
