QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficient in QuickBooks nonprofit edition.

  • Good oral and written communication skills on the ability to communicate financial information.

  • Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments, adapting to changing priorities and situations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support financial operations for VCC & VCCS.

  • Perform moderate accounting work, including preparing and analyzing records and reports, performing general ledger maintenance, preparing internal reports, and balancing and reconciling records.

  • Work with other departments to recommend corrections of financial transactions as needed.

  • Resolving accounting discrepancies.
