As you contemplate what outfit will qualify as your “Sunday’s Best” this morning, ask yourself this too: how do I really look to God? While our outer adornment is of some importance to God, He is more concerned about about whether or not you are clothed with the gifts of the spirit (Galatians 5:22-23). Let your focus remain (or start anew on) developing and/or deepening your relationship with your Heavenly Father, so that when you look at your reflection [in the Mirror of God’s Word] you’ll see that those fruits have matured in your life and made themselves visible in your character. Pray in the Spirit and “stir up the gift” inside of you. He will give you wisdom, favor and peace throughout the day.

🙌 If God said it, that settles it. You can take His Word to the bank because He cannot and will not lie or deceive you (Numbers 23:19). Oftentimes, because we live in a physical world, the natural response, as to whether God can “bring us out” of a situation is subconsciously weighed in with whether or not someone else (a physical being or human) can “come through” for us. However, it’s important as children of God and ambassadors of Christ, that we make a habit to first go to our Father God, seek and obey His direction and instructions and then place our faith in Him and in the fact that He fights for us.
Regardless of what the circumstances looks like and what man has said or done, why should we waste time and energy exalting the opinions of humans who are as frail as breath, when we serve the the Most High God & Creator of the universe?! He will fulfill every promise that He has given to you. So, give honor and praise to Him in advance for what He will do on your behalf. He is faithful, and He will not let you down. REST in Him and have a blessed day!

Wake up a little concerned about something? The circumstances of this world do not disturb the peace of God; as a matter of a fact, His peace is totally unbothered by the “storms” of this world. Give IT to God and accept His PERFECT peace instead. Let Him know that you accept His peace to your emotional arena. He will give you the strength, courage and confidence that you need to face any challenge in front of you (Nehemiah 8:10, Proverbs 28:1). His peace in yours!

Just a reminder to stay connected to the Kingdom that you are a part of. God has redeemed us from the kingdom of darkness and translated us into the kingdom of God. You’ve been called for such a time as this (Esther 4:14), so don’t take for granted where God has positioned you as an ambassador of your kingdom (2 Corinthians 5:20). You are special to God, more than a conqueror (Romans 8:37), and you are more than able to accomplish any task before you today.

When we take care of Kingdom business, the “King” takes care of us. Truth be told, our Heavenly Father is such a good Father, He often provides for us even if we’re not. However, if we claim to be in the family of God, and thereby in His Kingdom, then it’s important for us to not lose sight of the fact, that it was a priority to Jesus that we focus on living our lives in a way where we are emulating our Heavenly Father in character, attitude and by our actions. He loves us and it’s His desire that we don’t live our lives anxiously worrying about our earthly provisions. He’s provides for us at every point of our need - physically, financially, emotionally and, of course, spiritually. Keep your eyes fixed on the things of God and watch Him provide for you each and every time. He’s got you!

☀️ What are you facing this morning? Regardless of what it is - good or bad - realize that you are NOT facing it alone. So, the next time a negative thought tries to cross your mind about the “gravity” or weight of the circumstance, re-adjust your thinking and ask [God]: “What are WE facing today?” Your response should be: Romans 8:31 (take a peek). Give it to God and be encouraged; God is with you! Nothing is too difficult for Him. Trust the Holy Spirit for wisdom and guidance and accept His peace (John 14:27). God’s got you!

Our relationship with Christ and our inner transformation [as a result of it] isn’t an automatic process. It’s more like a metamorphosis, similar to the growth of a butterfly. Our minds are renewed “daily” as we grow in the things of God and spend time with Him daily. All so that we can prove and ultimately see and walk in the will of God for our lives. We are in this world but not of it. Our “walking in our divine purpose” from God isn’t a one day commute. It is a path that we travel every day that we are given the gift of air in our lungs.
The more that we focus on the things of God, His precepts, etc. the further we progress down the path of His “perfect will” and allow Him to transform our hearts and minds. Commit today to conform to Him and take advantage of the Helper (John 14:26) that He’s given us in the process. Have a blessed day!

On this day that we celebrate those who are fathers, we also are grateful for those who truly do strive to encourage, comfort and lead their offspring towards the Kingdom of God. Even more comforting is the fact that if we have accepted Christ into our lives, we are privy to a loving relationship with our Heavenly Father, and He is a GREAT Father! It is always His heart to provide all that His children need - spiritually, physically, financially and emotionally (Philippians 4:19); and He know what we need before we ask.
Whether you’ve been blessed to have an earthly father in your life or not, be comforted with the fact that not only is He Father to the fatherless, but His love for you is authentic and it runs deep. He truly does desire the absolute best for you, and to comfort, encourage and lead your life, so let Him!
May God continue to bless those of you fathers that have endeavored to be a blessing, encourage and offer godly inspiration in your children’s lives. May He continue to give you wisdom and favor in all that you put your hands to. #HappyFathersDay
🙌 Our Heavenly Father desires to be near us at all times. He wants to be “in our midst” and to work in and through us daily (John 14:12, Ephesians 2:10, Philippians 2:13). We only have to call His name, humble ourselves and come to Him with a pure and humble heart.
Regardless of where the paths of your feet tread today, determine to commit your life to God and yield to Him for wisdom in your decision-making. When you do, you set the scene for Him to act on your behalf (Psalm 37:5, Proverbs 3:5-6). Rest and have confidence in knowing that today. Have a blessed day.
