Regardless of the circumstance - GOOD or BAD - there is power in our praise. We serve a faithful God, and He holds all power in His hands. He is definitely worthy of our praise, and when we exalt God, we put Him in the proper perspective - above and greater than the circumstance. On top of all that, because He’s a Good Father, He also graces us with favor. So praise through it! He’s more than able to bring you through.

It’s imperative that we, as believers, renew our minds daily because if/when we don’t, we are more susceptible to our flesh and secular entities influencing how we behave, what we think and how we speak rather than the Word and spirit of God. We are encouraged in God’s Word to be slow to speak and swift to hear when engaging with others. This alone will help us to give a “soft” answer and seek the wisdom of God before opening our mouths (Psalm 141:3, James 1:19).

🙏 God help us to be vessels of Your peace. Guard the doors of our mouth and give us wisdom on how to answer every man so that we can be better ambassadors for your Kingdom…in Jesus’s name, Amen.

As our country celebrates its independence, don’t lose sight of the freedom that we [as believers] have in Christ. We have been redeemed from the curse of the law, and it’s our Father’s desire for us to no longer be bound by shackles of sin. We are not bound to our past or present circumstance. In fact, we can truly do ALL things through Christ who strengthens us (Philippians 4:13) and because of that independence from our sin nature (in salvation - John 3:16). Trust His plans for your life are good (Jeremiah 29:11); so, walk boldly and humbly in your freedom in Christ! ⁣

🤔 The more we develop in our relationship with God and reject carnality, the more we will be spirit-led. The more time we spend in His presence and His Word, the easier it will be to view things from a godly perspective because God transforms us into a new person by adjusting the way we think. When our minds are renewed, we better position ourselves to receive insight from God on how to fulfill His will and what His purpose is for our lives. Even though we may have our own plans that we want to accomplish, when we renew our minds, we have to make the decision to surrender our will and desires to Him EVERY TIME knowing that He loves us, knows and wants what’s best for our lives (Proverbs 20:5, Jeremiah 29:11).⁣

🙏 God, elevate my way of thinking. Make your heart my heart. Make those things that are a priority to you become my priorities. You created me and are aware of your purpose for my life and the gifts and talents you entrusted me with, in the process. Therefore, I will submit my plans and my mindset to you. Show me my heart and any areas where I may have unintentionally adopted a carnal way of doing or viewing things. Create in me a clean heart (Psalm 51:10, Proverbs 3:6, Psalm 37:23) and direct my footsteps God. I trust you and your plans for my life.⁣

GREAT is God’s love for us! Like the vast ocean, His love is overflowing and knows no boundaries or restrictions. Regardless of our past or present circumstances, His love is truly “unbothered” or unconcerned by them. His mercies are new EVERY morning, and He is faithful to us because of His love. ⁣⁣

No matter how “windy” the situation may seem, He is well able to anchor your soul and calm your circumstance. Keep your mind on Him and let Him anchor your soul. Rest and abide in His peace that passes all understanding (not logical by man’s standards). Accept and embrace God’s love for you today. 💗⁣⁣⁣⁣

🤔 The more we allow our hearts (convictions, priorities, etc) to mirror God’s, the more we become like Him; and the more we become like our Father, the more our faith is developed. Just as with any earthly relationship, the more time you spend with a person, the easier it is to trust them and “have faith” in them and their character. God’s given all of us a “measure of faith (Romans 12:3) and that faith is strengthened when we trust and rely in God and invest in our relationship with Him. In fact, it’s literally the only way to bring God pleasure. Seek Him diligently just as you would if you’d lost something of value to you. God will honor your heart and reward you and your faith in Him will grow even stronger. He is faith-full and proven 💯. You can firmly put ALL your confidence and trust in Him.

God loved us so much that He sent His only Son Jesus to die for our sin. He took the penalty that we had justly placed on us because of the sin nature of mankind. So, if you’ve been abandoned, unworthy, lacking courage, fearful, let this be a reminder of the substitute the Jesus became just for you! He took your sentence, and you have been redeemed (Ephesians 1:7)!

When you became born again, he changed you from the inside out. Not only are you no longer bound by sin (Romans 4:16), but you are victorious and more than a conqueror. You’ve been set apart and marked as His child. You no longer are defined by your previous identity BC (before Christ). You are kings/priests and have the mind of Christ (1 Corinthians 2:16). You have been blessed with the opportunity to be Christ’s ambassadors, so rejoice! Let your actions and attitude reflect your awareness of His love for you. You are loved!

To love God is to know Him and to love Him is to walk with Him. It’s God’s heart that know His way and His will for our lives, but in order to do this, we must spend time “walking” with Him. If we desire to please Him, we have to place our faith - complete trust and confidence in Him (Proverb 3:5-6). God will reward those that seek to draw closer to Him. So, focus your energy on not only reading His Word but by stirring up the gift inside of you (2 Timothy 1:6). God loves you and desires for you to know Him better and to trust the direction and plans that He has for your life. ⁣

God loves us, and it is His desire that we not only learn His Word (His will), but that we gain a true understanding of the heart behind it. His Word truly restores refreshes our souls (Psalm 19:7). He is faithful to us, and when we familiarize ourselves with what is important to Him, we gain wisdom and peace of mind in the process. In addition, God has given us the Holy Spirit to give us godly wisdom as well. So, it’s important that we keep our hearts pliable so that we are able to gain a better understanding and become better representatives for the Kingdom of God every day. We serve a God who desires to perfect those areas that concern us (Psalm 138:8); and as a result, God - our Father - gives instruction and sometimes even discipline to us because of His love for us. Like any good Father, it’s His desire to grow and get better so that we can serve better as His representatives. So never fret, get dismayed or annoyed at His instruction. One of the worse things in life is for one to go through life thinking you are wise or intelligent, but to viewed any others as foolish. Humility is one of our greatest assets. On God’s part, His “instruction” is a sign of His love. It should spark appreciation in our hearts. We should be honored to learn and receive it [God’s instruction]. As you contemplate what outfit will qualify as your “Sunday’s Best” this morning, ask yourself this too: how do I really look to God? While our outer adornment is of some importance to God, He is more concerned about about whether or not you are clothed with the gifts of the spirit (Galatians 5:22-23). Let your focus remain (or start anew on) developing and/or deepening your relationship with your Heavenly Father, so that when you look at your reflection [in the Mirror of God’s Word] you’ll see that those fruits have matured in your life and made themselves visible in your character. Pray in the Spirit and “stir up the gift” inside of you. He will give you wisdom, favor and peace throughout the day.

🙌 If God said it, that settles it. You can take His Word to the bank because He cannot and will not lie or deceive you (Numbers 23:19). Oftentimes, because we live in a physical world, the natural response, as to whether God can “bring us out” of a situation is subconsciously weighed in with whether or not someone else (a physical being or human) can “come through” for us. However, it’s important as children of God and ambassadors of Christ, that we make a habit to first go to our Father God, seek and obey His direction and instructions and then place our faith in Him and in the fact that He fights for us. ⁣⁣

Regardless of what the circumstances looks like and what man has said or done, why should we waste time and energy exalting the opinions of humans who are as frail as breath, when we serve the the Most High God & Creator of the universe?! He will fulfill every promise that He has given to you. So, give honor and praise to Him in advance for what He will do on your behalf. He is faithful, and He will not let you down. REST in Him and have a blessed day! ⁣⁣

Wake up a little concerned about something? The circumstances of this world do not disturb the peace of God; as a matter of a fact, His peace is totally unbothered by the “storms” of this world.  Give IT to God and accept His PERFECT peace instead. Let Him know that you accept His peace to your emotional arena. He will give you the strength, courage and confidence that you need to face any challenge in front of you (Nehemiah 8:10, Proverbs 28:1).  His peace in yours!

When we take care of Kingdom business, the “King” takes care of us. Truth be told, our Heavenly Father is such a good Father, He often provides for us even if we’re not. However, if we claim to be in the family of God, and thereby in His Kingdom, then it’s important for us to not lose sight of the fact, that it was a priority to Jesus that we focus on living our lives in a way where we are emulating our Heavenly Father in character, attitude and by our actions. He loves us and it’s His desire that we don’t live our lives anxiously worrying about our earthly provisions. He’s provides for us at every point of our need - physically, financially, emotionally and, of course, spiritually. Keep your eyes fixed on the things of God and watch Him provide for you each and every time. He’s got you!
