Feel like you need a little POWER boost this #ThankfulThursday ? Not only will God provide you with the strength to sustain you throughout the day today, He will also provide you with the protection and security that you need, whether physically or emotionally. Run to Him, sit in His presence and rest! No need to put up your guards, your heart is safe with Him (Psalm 91:2). ⁣

He has already proven Himself to be a reliable place of shelter in the midst of the turmoils or busyness of life. You ARE divinely protected (Psalm 91:9-12). As you leave out of your home today (“earthly covering”) today, remember you have already stepped into "His shelter" in your mind and heart. ⁣

☀️ Good morning! Have you talked to your Heavenly Father today? Prayer is one of the main ways that we communicate with God and He WANTS to hear from YOU. Don’t forget that He just doesn’t care about the so called “BIG” circumstances and situations we face. He also cares about the “small” ones. ⁣

🙏🏼 Go to Him confidently knowing that He is there to listen and to give you wisdom and direction. He wants to give you His peace, joy and protection, so go expectantly and have faith that it is yours (Hebrews 4:16). #HesWaiting⁣

God is not moved by outward appearances (I Samuel 16:7), He is moved by the condition of our hearts. When we earnestly seek God with all our hearts, He is moved to speak and reveal Himself to us. Taking the time to pray in the spirit daily stirs up your spirit man. So commit to seeking God’s face in prayer and by meditating on His Word as desperately as a deer pants for water at a stream (Psalm 42:1). Only Jesus can quench our soul’s thirst.⁣⁣

🙌 Nothing can separate us from it. He is on your side. If you've fallen, allow Him to help you and pick yourself back up. If you’ve succeeded, give Him the honor He is due. If you just don't "feel" love, speak to your emotions and selah (ponder/think about) the fact that God’s love for you was so profound that He spared nothing BECAUSE OF His love. Our Heavenly Father is faithful and all-powerful! He’s the Alpha and the Omega and ultimately, the buck stops with Him. As His child, you have NoThing and NO one to fear (Psalm 118:6) when you follow and obey His leading! Trust what He has told you. “Has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?” (Numbers 23:19). TRUST HIM! He will ‘make it good’. ⁣

He is your strength, peace, joy, and life! He is EVERYTHING that you need. Make His priorities yours and watch Him bring to pass everything that He has promised in your life. #HeIsFaithful⁣

Father knows best and only wants the best for His children. Commit to reflecting on His Word (the Bible) throughout the day. Not only does He desire for you to prosper, He desires for you to know His heart and succeed (Joshua 1:8). ⁣

The more we hear the God’s Word, the easier it is for us to familiarize ourselves and connect to His heart. The more we hear His heart and desires and actually obey His instruction, the more our faith builds (Romans 10:17). The more our faith builds, the easier it is for us to walk and operate in it as a way of life, and when we do this, our Father is pleased and proud of us (Hebrews 11:6)! Walking in God’s unique purpose for YOUR life demands putting your confidence in Him completely. So stay connected to Him and practice hearing and obeying all that He’s instructed you to do. He loves you!⁣

🤔 Oftentimes, we unknowingly place our confidence and trust in the intellect of those whom we deem wise, accomplished or affluent by the world’s standards. We don’t give it a second thought on how easily we mentally absorb their recommendations or outlook on our lives or the lives of those around us. In fact, we’re intrigued by it.⁣⁣

⁣⁣However, our Heavenly Father desires for us to put “all our eggs in one basket” when it comes to putting our faith in Him and His Word. That means trusting Him and His will even when we don’t understand how things will work out. Ultimately, it’s the respect and the honor of God that leads to true knowledge, and we please Him when we trust in Him without wavering (Hebrews 11:6). ⁣⁣

⁣⁣He offers us wisdom and understanding through the leading of the Holy Spirit because He loves us. So, don’t take this outward expression of that love for granted. He is all-powerful and there is NO ONE who can compare to Him. He doesn’t just offer generic feedback to the questions and concerns you may have because He really doesn’t know. He’s omniscient - all knowing! He has all of the wisdom, insight and strength that YOU specifically need for YOUR life. So, trust Him and REST [in Him].⁣⁣

The plans and counsel of the Lord are solid - you can trust them! As a matter of fact, you can trust HIM! God’s plans for your life did not begin on the day you were birthed into the world. While He crafted you in your mother’s womb (Jeremiah 1:5), He knew your purpose and the plans He had for your life (Jeremiah 29:11).
