☀️ What are you facing this morning? Regardless of what it is - good or bad - realize that you are NOT facing it alone. The next time a negative thought tries to cross your mind about the “gravity” or weight of the circumstance, re-adjust your thinking and ask [God]: “What are WE facing today?” Your response should be: Romans 8:31 (take a peek). Give it to God and be encouraged; God is with you! Nothing is too difficult for Him. Trust the Holy Spirit for wisdom and guidance and accept His peace (John 14:27). God’s got you! ⁣

⁣⁣🤔 Just as He was with His servant Joshua, we can rest assured that God is with us too only; the Holy Spirit lives IN us (1 Corinthians 6:19). When we receive instructions from the Lord, we don’t have to fear being left alone.

⁣

God is with us, and “They that be with us is greater than they that be with them” (2 Kings 6:16, Hebrews 13:6)! God has given you the wisdom, insight, favor and the POWER (2 Timothy 1:7) to accomplish all that He’s called you to. So don’t be discouraged or hesitate about obeying the call on your life or following the specific instructions God has given you (Philippians 1:6). He’s backing you up, and He’s equipped you with power and strength to fulfill each and every part of the assignment. ⁣⁣

We are heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, and part of the benefits of that relationship besides our salvation are the fruits of the spirit and the “unexplainable”peace of God that we have. In addition to that, commit today to recognize that it is God’s desire that we don’t exhaust our strength trying to make provision for the temporal things in this world. Instead, it’s His desire to turn our hearts and affections towards Heaven and the things that are really at the core of our Father’s heart (love, joy, peace, a desire for all men to be saved). The treasures that we have in store are invaluable and in no way comparable to any earthly one. Rejoice and find peace in that today.

When we accept God’s gift of salvation to us and fully surrender our lives to Him and the leadership of the Holy Spirit, we position God to be able to lead our steps and direct our lives. We are His responsibility, and there is no detail too small or insignificant to Him.⁣ ⁣

He has a unique purpose for your life and just like the prophet Jeremiah (Jeremiah 1:5), He desires to set you apart for His use. Don’t waste any more time worrying about the affairs of your life. God’s got you, and He’s sent the Holy Spirit - your Helper (John 14:26) - to help guide you every step of the way. Rest in Him and in His love for you. Commit to take the time to listen to your spirit man and trust His guidance in the affairs of your life everyday in 2020.

The Greater One lives inside of you (1 John 4:4) and the Holy Spirit desires to guide you and give you power and sustain you. Stay connected to the Power Source! Regardless of what you have planned today and regardless of how your day goes, you can choose joy. Why? Because if you’re in the family of God, then joy - not just happiness - is a byproduct connected with the fruits of that relationship. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣

🙌 Our joy stems from the heart of thanksgiving that we have as the result of what our Father God and His Son Jesus has done for us! He loved us and counted us valuable enough to transfer us from the kingdom of darkness (where we belonged because of our sin nature) and into His kingdom. We're no longer in bondage to sin or fear, but we've made privy to the benefits of the inhabitants of God’s Kingdom including true joy and supernatural peace. ⁣ ⁣

😊 So SMILE…you’re the responsibility of the King of King and Lord of Lords AND your Heavenly Father, if you have a relationship with Him. Place and leave your life and all your plans in His capable hands. He won't lead you astray. Happy Monday!⁣⁣ ⁣⁣

Everything that belongs to us - OUR will, OUR dreams, OUR vision, OUR plans should always align with the One Who holds ownership of our body. As long as we have breath in our bodies, we have the unique privilege of being the holy dwelling place of the Holy Spirit. Yet, we are not the land “lords” because unlike the earthly landlords, we may be accustomed to, this omnipotent Tenant has Lord-ship over our lives and over the very earth that our temple treads. He is omniscient, and He runs the show; yet His very name and presence exudes love and grace.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣

🙌 Regardless of what is on your schedule for today or what you may be facing, never forget that the Greater One abides inside of you, and you are more than equipped for the task. Rest IN Him and check in with Him throughout the day for wisdom and instructions. After all, He’s not too far away…He’s right inside [of you]. 😉⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣

🙌 ⁣⁣Regardless of what the circumstances looks like and what man has said or done, why should we waste time and energy exalting the opinions of humans who are as frail as breath, when we serve the the Most High God & Creator of the universe?! If God said it, that settles it! He will fulfill every promise that He has given to you. So, give honor and praise to Him in advance for what He will do on your behalf. Everything that we do [and the quality that we do it in] and even how we speak reflects our Heavenly Father. We are the hands and feet of Christ and the only “Jesus” that many will see. It’s important that we practice both trusting and asking Him on how to best honor Him in our representation.

It’s the heart of God that we stay connected with Him throughout the day so that He can lead us and give us wisdom. In doing so, we also build up our spirit man. Our relationship with God is the gift that keeps on giving. Put your confidence in Him and rest.

🙌🏼 If God is our Father, then we are His responsibility. He cares for us. We should always seek to honor Him in every area of our lives. So, it’s always good to check in to see ‘have I been honoring my Father with the portion that He’s entrusted me with?’ Be content with the season and things that you have been given and trust and believe, God will honor His Word and you with an even greater portion. Be patient and trust God to reveal what you can learn in and from the season you’re in. He is a good God and is faithful to His promises. Hallelujah! ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣

🎄MERRY CHRISTMAS🎄

“So the Word became human and made his home among us. He was full of unfailing love and faithfulness. And we have seen his glory, the glory of the Father’s one and only Son.” -John 1:14⁣

As we celebrate the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, let us never forget the extensiveness of His love and faithfulness to us. Before we even knew the true state of our sinfulness in comparison to the holiness of our Creator, He counted us worthy and valuable enough to develop a plan to save us from our sins thousands of years ago, even before the birth of Christ through his prophet Isaiah.

🙌 Praise and glory to God for His sending His Son Jesus to earth, so that we can be saved (John 3:16). Take time today to reflect on His love for you and what sacrifice that love moved Him to. Honor Him as His representative by sharing about His love and sacrifice with others. Merry CHRISTmas to you and yours!

🙌 If we have accepted Christ in our heart, then we are God’s CHILDREN and therefore, His responsibility. He doesn’t want us to waste time being anxious over the care of this world. Our attitude and character should mirror our Fathers. So “seek” after the Kingdom of God and His ways, and He’ll provide (Philippians 4:19). Come against worry and fear in the name of Jesus! You are in His hands and when you busy yourself with His business (Kingdom business), He’ll take care of yours. Release it to God and REST in Him.

If we are “followers” or “imitators” of Christ, then our hearts should mirror the nature of Christ. In fact, God has called “our bluff” when that is not the case. His Word reminds us that we never did know God if we cannot walk in love with our brothers and sisters. One passage of scripture even tell us that if we say that we love God, who we haven’t seen but work contentiously against our brother or sister, who we see on a regular basis, then we are liars (v. 20).⁣

It’s always a heart issue at the core, so examine yours daily and ask God to make you more like Him. He can give you a new heart (Psalm 51:10) and fill it with His love (nature). ⁣

As believers, we experience a degree of freedom that is foreign to those who do not have a relationship with our Heavenly Father. We have been redeemed from the curse of the law, and it’s our Father’s desire for us to no longer be bound by shackles of sin. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣

We are not bound to our past or present circumstance. In fact, we can truly do ALL things through Christ who strengthens us (Philippians 4:13) and because of that independence from our sin nature (in salvation - John 3:16). Trust His plans for your life are good (Jeremiah 29:11); so, walk boldly and humbly in your freedom in Christ! ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣

Choose your words wisely today…they have power! Speak life and not death over yourself, your family, friends and loved ones. Let your first words today be ones of thanksgiving to God for the gift of life this morning (1 Chronicles 16:34); and make sure that before you think about the current circumstances of your life - good or bad, you examine what you say.

Ask God to guard the door of your mouth (Psalm 141:3). You are a child of the Most High God and redeemed from the curse of the law. Remember: your words frame your world! Think on good things (Philippians 4:8), then speak life to your circumstance. Have a blessed day.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣
