What path are you taking? Are you allowing God to take the lead in your life? If you are a child of God and have made the commitment to obey the instructions of your Father, God is leading you step by step - like a young child - in the path that He has desired and purposed just for you. He finds pleasure in doing it!

🧭 The Holy Spirit is the guide that He has graced us with to give direction to our spirit man while at the same time giving peace and comfort to our soul, regardless of how the path may appear to us. Sometimes the path God leads us on may be outside of our comfort zone, we may feel uneasy because it’s not what we’re use to. However, we can always rest assured that God not only has our best interest in mind, but He is daily perfecting those areas that concern us (Psalm 138:8), and He specializes in making unsteady steps firm (Psalm 119:133). He’s a Good Father, so make a conscious effort today to allow Him to lead you through your spirit man (pray in tongues). He has already established your next steps. Just trust Him.

Regardless of how intellectually esteemed we or others may deem ourselves to be, it’s imperative for the believer to be totally dependent on the wisdom of God. To put confidence in anything else would be foolish, and the rotten fruits of that poor decision-making and pride will eventually bear witness in our lives. ⁣

The Word of God always encourages us to trust God and not to lean to our own understanding, regardless of how knowledgeable we may think we are in the process of our decision-making (Proverbs 3:5-6). God desires to give us “skillful and godly wisdom” - insight that we may not have been privy to otherwise. So, stay connected into your Spiritual Headquarters by praying in the Spirit. It’s your Father’s desire to give you direction and guidance for your life as you seek His will for your life. God’s got your back, and He knows your future. Put your confidence in Him.

Sometimes fear may seem like it’s greater than we are - like it will overtake us - but that’s when we have to remember the GREATER one that is in us. He lives inside of us, and He's greater than our enemy (1 John 4:4). The GREATER One has blessed us with the gift of power, love and a healthy, clear mind. ⁣ ⁣

Keep your mind stayed on Him today as you reflect on His love for you and take advantage of those blessings today. Determine to adopt His mindset as your own and don’t accept anything that wasn’t given to you by your Father (i.e. fear). Be confident in who you are IN Christ. With Him on your side, you can do all things, especially those that He has specifically called you to. Happy Friday!⁣ ⁣

👂What have your ears been tuned into lately? Have they been tuned into Heaven’s frequency? It’s important for us as ambassadors of Christ to be tuned into the “skillful and godly wisdom” that only God can provide. An ambassador aims to carry out the wishes of the leadership and country that he or she is representing. So, in the same regard, we should be eager to ensure that we have clear instruction and discernment on how to handle the affairs of our lives instead of yielding to our own intellect (Proverbs 3:5-6). ⁣

🙌 We serve a good God and Father, and He’s more than wiling to - happy to - give us HIS wisdom when we ask Him in faith. So, make sure you stay in tune and in communication with your homeland (the Kingdom of God) and its leader (your Heavenly Father), so that He can direct your path and ultimately your life.

When we ask and receive wisdom of God (James 1:5), we can rest assured that it will also be apparent in our character. It will lead us to seek peace and to show mercy. Wherever God leads us there will be no hypocrisy, partiality or inaccuracy - it’s pure, holy and just! ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ When we stir up the gift inside of us, we provide the proper environment for the Holy Spirit to guide us and lead every area of our lives supernaturally. We are privy to information that mere knowledge would not have been able to reveal to us. Trust God’s plan for your life and that He will supply and provide for you wherever He leads you. ⁣⁣

Just as Paul finally came to revelation that God desired to use his (Paul’s) weaknesses and hardships to demonstrate His power, we must also stay mindful of the fact that God has a greater purpose for our weaknesses as well. There are no weaknesses, past failures or any idiosyncrasy in the eyes of man that are a match for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (Matthew 28:18). Mankind just isn’t that powerful. So, if you’ve received instruction from God and have been led to move in a certain direction but haven’t yet, what are you waiting for?

Not only is His strength made perfect in our weakness, but He honors our obedience. He is pleased when we step out and trust Him even when circumstances seem to be beyond our control - when we don’t quite understand how things will work out (Hebrews 11:6). Most importantly, when God gets the glory, and it is evident that it is Him and not ourselves that have accomplished a feat, it puts the spotlight on God. Once we put matters into God’s hands, we can trust and believe He won’t fail you. He is faithful.

☀️ What are you facing this morning? Regardless of what it is - good or bad - realize that you are NOT facing it alone. The next time a negative thought tries to cross your mind about the “gravity” or weight of the circumstance, re-adjust your thinking and ask [God]: “What are WE facing today?” Your response should be: Romans 8:31 (take a peek). Give it to God and be encouraged; God is with you! Nothing is too difficult for Him. Trust the Holy Spirit for wisdom and guidance and accept His peace (John 14:27). God’s got you! ⁣

⁣⁣🤔 Just as He was with His servant Joshua, we can rest assured that God is with us too only; the Holy Spirit lives IN us (1 Corinthians 6:19). When we receive instructions from the Lord, we don’t have to fear being left alone.

⁣

God is with us, and “They that be with us is greater than they that be with them” (2 Kings 6:16, Hebrews 13:6)! God has given you the wisdom, insight, favor and the POWER (2 Timothy 1:7) to accomplish all that He’s called you to. So don’t be discouraged or hesitate about obeying the call on your life or following the specific instructions God has given you (Philippians 1:6). He’s backing you up, and He’s equipped you with power and strength to fulfill each and every part of the assignment. ⁣⁣

We are heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, and part of the benefits of that relationship besides our salvation are the fruits of the spirit and the “unexplainable”peace of God that we have. In addition to that, commit today to recognize that it is God’s desire that we don’t exhaust our strength trying to make provision for the temporal things in this world. Instead, it’s His desire to turn our hearts and affections towards Heaven and the things that are really at the core of our Father’s heart (love, joy, peace, a desire for all men to be saved). The treasures that we have in store are invaluable and in no way comparable to any earthly one. Rejoice and find peace in that today.

When we accept God’s gift of salvation to us and fully surrender our lives to Him and the leadership of the Holy Spirit, we position God to be able to lead our steps and direct our lives. We are His responsibility, and there is no detail too small or insignificant to Him.⁣ ⁣

He has a unique purpose for your life and just like the prophet Jeremiah (Jeremiah 1:5), He desires to set you apart for His use. Don’t waste any more time worrying about the affairs of your life. God’s got you, and He’s sent the Holy Spirit - your Helper (John 14:26) - to help guide you every step of the way. Rest in Him and in His love for you. Commit to take the time to listen to your spirit man and trust His guidance in the affairs of your life everyday in 2020.

Regardless of what you have planned today and regardless of how your day goes, you can choose joy. Why? Because if you’re in the family of God, then joy - not just happiness - is a byproduct connected with the fruits of that relationship. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣

🙌 Our joy stems from the heart of thanksgiving that we have as the result of what our Father God and His Son Jesus has done for us! He loved us and counted us valuable enough to transfer us from the kingdom of darkness (where we belonged because of our sin nature) and into His kingdom. We're no longer in bondage to sin or fear, but we've made privy to the benefits of the inhabitants of God’s Kingdom including true joy and supernatural peace. ⁣ ⁣

😊 So SMILE…you’re the responsibility of the King of King and Lord of Lords AND your Heavenly Father, if you have a relationship with Him. Place and leave your life and all your plans in His capable hands. He won't lead you astray. Happy Monday!⁣⁣ ⁣⁣

Everything that belongs to us - OUR will, OUR dreams, OUR vision, OUR plans should always align with the One Who holds ownership of our body. As long as we have breath in our bodies, we have the unique privilege of being the holy dwelling place of the Holy Spirit. Yet, we are not the land “lords” because unlike the earthly landlords, we may be accustomed to, this omnipotent Tenant has Lord-ship over our lives and over the very earth that our temple treads. He is omniscient, and He runs the show; yet His very name and presence exudes love and grace.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣

🙌 Regardless of what is on your schedule for today or what you may be facing, never forget that the Greater One abides inside of you, and you are more than equipped for the task. Rest IN Him and check in with Him throughout the day for wisdom and instructions. After all, He’s not too far away…He’s right inside [of you]. 😉⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣

Everything that we do [and the quality that we do it in] and even how we speak reflects our Heavenly Father. We are the hands and feet of Christ and the only “Jesus” that many will see. It’s important that we practice both trusting and asking Him on how to best honor Him in our representation.

It’s the heart of God that we stay connected with Him throughout the day so that He can lead us and give us wisdom. In doing so, we also build up our spirit man. Our relationship with God is the gift that keeps on giving. Put your confidence in Him and rest.
