As believers, God wants us to be a constant source of encouragement and that also includes extending love, grace and kindness to one another. We should never take for granted the opportunity we have to do just that in one another’s presence. This, of course, applies as we enter the house of God on tomorrow, but it’s also the case throughout the week as we interact with one another. We need God, and we each other. ⁣

More now than ever before, it’s important that we as followers of Christ, understand the privilege of knowing and serving the all-knowing, all-powerful Creator of the Universe! Despite His power and all the splendor of His majesty (Psalm 145:5), He is a loving Father to His children. ⁣

He cares deeply for you and, and He will give you insight and discernment to deal wisely in all of your affairs. So, place all of your confidence in Him and keep your mind stayed on Him throughout the day. He will sustain you and provide you with His “perfect” peace (John 14:27) through it all. #TrustHim⁣⁣

The Word of God always encourages us to trust Him and not to lean to our own understanding, regardless of how knowledgeable we may think we are in the process of our decision-making (Proverbs 3:5-6). God desires to give us “skillful and godly wisdom” - insight that we may not have been privy to otherwise.

 So, stay connected into your Spiritual Headquarters by praying in the Spirit. It’s your Father’s desire to give you direction and guidance for your life as you seek His will for your life. God’s got your back, and He knows your future. Put your confidence in Him.

Not only do we have the gift of eternal life, but we have the benefit of having an actual relationship with Him and the privilege of receiving direction and comfort through the Holy Spirit on a daily basis. So, don’t lose sight of the benefits of that relationship. God’s love for you is PROFOUND (John 15:13), and He desires for you to live victoriously in life. Just trust Him for direction and favor and be sure to give Him the glory every step of the way. ⁣⁣⁣

🙏 When we stay connected to God, following and remaining committed to Christ, we experience inner peace. While Jesus could have been boastful and harsh because of all His mighty exploits, He chose instead to walk in humility and to deal gently with our hearts. ⁣

As believers or followers of Christ, we should not only be concerned about sharing the Gospel, but we should have a desire to emulate His character and to honor Him in all we do. God will renew and refresh our souls, if we’ll allow Him to transform us from the inside out and provide us with the peace that only He can provide. Rest IN Him. ⁣⁣

God is not moved by outward appearances (I Samuel 16:7), He is moved by the condition and “position” of our hearts. When we earnestly seek God with all our hearts, He is moved to speak and reveal Himself to us. Take the time daily to pray in the spirit to stir up your spirit man. Seek God’s face in prayer and by meditating on His Word as desperately as a deer pants for water at a stream (Psalm 42:1). Only Jesus can quench our soul’s thirst.⁣⁣
