The only way that we truly know how to love God, love ourselves, and love others is through the sacrifice that God made when He sent Jesus to die in our place. Jesus received the penalty of sin for us in compliance with God’s plan to reconcile us to Himself (2 Corinthians 5:19). In a nutshell, it is God’s love that teaches us how to love. Apart from Him, we are nothing, we can do nothing. Everything good in us is because of Him. Be sure to freely give of that love today just as it was freely given to you.
Are you feeling scared or abandoned today? Have situations in your life caused you to feel unsafe? Thank God that He has made himself a hiding place and a shield for us in times of trouble! He is our protection and we can experience the peace of His presence when we run to find safety and shelter in Him. Hope in God today! Hope in His Word! Find refuge in Him and see that He will be all that He has promised for you.
What an appropriate scripture for the days that we are living in! The word of God instructs us to be careful of those who may look like Christians, talk like Christians, and even prophesy as such, but who are actually as “ravenous wolves” - corrupt and wicked on the inside. So how do we navigate all of this? Well, the next verse (vs. 16) goes on to say: “Ye shall know them by their fruits…”, the way that we guard our interactions is by testing the spirits as 1 John 4:1-3 tells us: “Beloved, do not believe every spirit but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, for many false prophets have gone out into the world. By this, you know the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God, and every spirit that does not confess Jesus is not from God.”
The Holy Spirit will make us keenly aware of who and what has been sent by God and vice versa. Stay spiritually aware today family and allow the Holy Spirit to lead and guide you in every area of your life.
This is your reminder to stop fighting battles in the natural realm! When challenges present themselves in our lives, there is only one answer for the mess that they make: spiritual darkness and wickedness. Lean into the spiritual resources that God has given you (some of which, we have discussed already at the start of this week), and let HIM do all the dirty work in defeating your enemy! Take a moment to reflect on Tuesday’s devotional where we were encouraged to put on the whole armor of God!
There is no need to wallow in your imperfections or to continue worrying about past sins. Even your most recent failures are no match for the GOOD work that God has begun in you. Just as the word instructs for us to do: be CONFIDENT today in the fact that God is still working on you and will continue to do so until the day that we reach ultimate perfection through the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ! God remains faithful to His Word and that Word never returns to Him void. Whatever He has said about you MUST come to pass. Hold fast to that promise and allow the spirit of God to take you from glory to glory.
God has provided spiritual armor that will cause us to stand firm in the face of adversity. The Word of God instructs us to not only put on this armor as an act of our will but to continue standing through tests and trials, even when we’ve done all that we know to do. Clothing ourselves in the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, shoes from the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit (found in Ephesians 6:14-17) will fortify our spirit man on difficult days and protect us from opposition on every side. As you get dressed today, don’t forget your armor. You are more than a conqueror. Go in peace and victory!
God desires for us to meditate (think deeply or focus one's mind for a period of time) on His Word so that our spirit man is strengthened. He wants us to know His heart and become aligned with His will for our lives. By obeying His Word, we set the scene for God to bless and prosper us! On top of that, He’s promised that He won’t abandon us while we walk in obedience. He’s promised to be with us every step of the way! It’s STILL #VictoryWeek, and we have the victory in and through Christ sacrifice. Have a blessed & prosperous Monday!

If God said it, that settles it. The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines “settle” as “to fix or resolve conclusively; to establish or secure permanently; to sink gradually or to the bottom; to come to rest."
This offers us a colorful description of how we should receive any direction or leading from the Holy Spirit and every word that God has spoken to us through His Word [the Bible]. If He says that you are the righteousness of God, redeemed and set free, then that’s settles it. That IS who you are…period! If He says that He’s given you the victory and that you have favor with Him and man, then it’s settled, you do.
Walk in obedience and trust His direction every step of the way. It’s past time that we let it “sink in” and “go to the bottom” of our hearts and minds: IT’S SETTLED. 🗣 “I don’t need a Plan B, I can depend on God.” He is faithful, and His promises are sure (2 Corinthians 1:20). #ItsSettled #TrustGod AND #Rest
Practice praying in tongues this weekend. Make a conscious effort to follow this command. It will curate the opportunity for God to speak wisdom to your spirit in different areas before you open your mouth. It may also save you embarrassment, time and resources. God thank you for loving us and thank you for putting a watch over our mouths today (Psalm 141:3) in Jesus name. Amen. Have a blessed day today!

No matter what we face - success or failure - we can always depend on our Heavenly Father. He is our life source, so stay connected to Him. There is power in the name of Jesus and neither He or His enemies can deny it. Trust and obey His Word and follow His promptings. He won’t fail you, and He’ll never lead you astray. #dailydevotional #faithful #consistent #iamvictory #wisdom #faithfulGod #friyay
💗 God loves us, and it is His desire that we not only learn His Word (His will), but that we gain a true understanding of the heart behind it. His Word truly restores & refreshes our souls (Psalm 19:7). He is faithful to us, and when we familiarize ourselves with what is important to Him, we gain wisdom and peace of mind in the process. In addition, we have the Holy Spirit (our Counselor) from whom we can receive godly wisdom.
🙏 So, keep your heart pliable so that you are able to gain a better understanding and become better representatives for the Kingdom of God every day. We have the privilege of being His ambassadors. May we never take the breath in our lungs for granted.

The more time we spend in the presence of God and meditating on His Word, we get to know Him better, which ultimately makes it easier to conform to His ways.
He’s made you MORE than a conqueror (Romans 8:37). He is your protection and covering, so you have nothing to fear (Psalm 91:4). If you need wisdom and direction, you have access to the Holy Spirit - your Helper (James 1:5). In and through the mighty power of God, you will find the strength you need to fulfill every task before you today (Ephesians 6:10, Philippians 4:13)! So hold your head up and walk humbly and confidently in the divine power that God has been given to you.

God will renew and refresh our souls, if we’ll allow Him to transform us from the inside out. He will provide us with the peace that only He can provide. Trust His wisdom in every situation you encounter and in all of your decision-making. Every moment in His presence is a “retreat” —a precious recreational experience that we have the presence of experiencing daily. Rest IN Him today

May the wisdom of God flow from our lips today. God please put a watch over our mouths (Psalm 141:3) and show us how to answer every man. 🙏 We thank you in advance, God, for showing us how to handle every situation that comes our way today so that we can better represent you as your ambassador.

God loves us and because of the agape love that He demonstrated towards us through the sacrifice of His only begotten Son Jesus (John 3:16), we have the ability vanquish any evil work that the enemy attempts against us. We are not only conquerors but MORE THAN conquerors. Never forget that, as a believer, you fight, live and operate from the place of victory that was secured at the cross. He IS faithful, and you win when you surrender your life and any circumstance to Him. He loves you!

🙏 As followers of Christ, we should not only be concerned about sharing the Gospel, but we should have a desire to emulate His character and to honor Him in all we do. God will renew and refresh our souls, if we’ll allow Him to transform us from the inside out and provide us with the peace that only He can provide. Rest IN Him.

God is with us, and “They that be with us is greater than they that be with them” (2 Kings 6:16, Hebrews 13:6)! God has given you the wisdom, insight, favor and the POWER (2 Timothy 1:7) to accomplish all that He’s called you to. So, don’t be discouraged or hesitate about obeying the call on your life or following the specific instructions God has given you (Philippians 1:6). He’s backing you up, and He’s equipped you with power to fulfill each and every part of the assignment.

Our thoughts will eventually become words and then those words will eventually translate into actions. So be careful about the type of treasure you allow to be stored in your heart. Only you have the authority to determine whether the conversations you’re a part of, the music or shows you watch, the material you read glorifies God and mines good treasure or bad in your heart.
💛🙏 Create in me a clean heart God (Psalm 51:10) so that my words do not deceive or misrepresent You as I am your child. I desire to honor you so that my thoughts are good, lovely and pure (Philippians 4:8). Give me wisdom and discernment on what I’m exposing myself to daily. Thank you Lord for your love and grace to send the Holy Spirit as my Helper so that I may honor you in word and deed. Amen.

Like Paul (the author of the book of Galatians), let us commit to being servants and ambassadors of Christ. Regardless of whether we are accepted by man, we can find joy and comfort in the fact that the Creator of the universe has approved us and called us His own. As you represent Him and commit to obeying His will and directions for your life, He will give you the peace, favor and comfort that you need. Let Him lead your life.
