Registration Information and Forms
There are three things that parents must do for their child to go on this trip.
Parents must:
1. Register their child by signing a release form
2. Pay $5 per child (in-person using cash/check) or $5.15 per child using our online kiosk
3. Complete a Release Form for Adventure Air
- Can be done in-person or online, but we MUST have a copy of the waiver as proof.
The following forms & information are available below to fill out or to take a look at:
1. Victory Release Form
2. Bring-A-Friend Release Form (for guests of VCC youth)
3. Adventure Air Release Form (required for all youth)
4. Lock-in Information Sheet (contains details of the event)
In-person registration can be done at the Welcome Center (booth across from the Wordshop) or at NextGen Youth Services. We have printed copies of all forms for parents that wish to sign up in person.
Please note: Once you submit any of the following forms, you will be redirected to our online kiosk to pay the $5 for your child (and any guests) to attend.
Victory Christian Center Release Form

Should legal action, for any reason be taken against Victory Christian Center or any employee or agent thereof, on my child’s behalf, I agree to pay all attorney fees (Victory Christian Center included), damages, medical fees, and other costs.

*Either screenshot your online form submission and upload below OR print and fill out a physical form to bring in by July 29th (Welcome Center or Youth Services).
Each child must have some proof of a completed Adventure Air waiver (screenshot or physical copy).
