When it comes to our lives, sometimes we forget that our time is in His Hands. As we get older, if things have not gone the way we want them to, or if our plans have not turned out the way we thought they would, we can tend to get discouraged. Sometimes we can look at people who are the same age or may have similar skill sets, and we get frustrated because they appear to be getting further along than we are. We must remember that our time is in His Hands. God knows how old we are. He knows how long we have been studying, working, etc. He knows all these things. We must STAY FOCUSED on the fact that our time is in His Hands. We must trust Him and know that He knows best. There is an old show called, “Father Knows Best.” Well, when it comes to our lives and the major transitions of our lives, Father knows best. God knows when we are ready for the next level, and He knows the right time for promotion. Take your eyes off other people and keep them on God, He is our Source of promotion and our source of everything. Every good gift and every perfect gift come from Him.
