We all started off as infants. Over time we grew in proportion to how we were fed. Most people started off on milk before they developed and matured to eat table foods. In the spiritual realm, it is no different for us as believers. If we are to grow spiritually, we must feed on the milk of the Word of God. Eventually, we will develop until we are feeding on the meat of the Word of God. Our growth and development are tied to the Word of God, so therefore we must be sure to feed on the Word just like we feed on natural food. If we fail to do so, we will risk being stagnant, and staying spiritual babies for the rest of our lives. Let's not stay the same. Let's continue to grow in the things of God. Let's strive to continue to grow until we are all that God desires us to be. We can’t be babies forever.
