📖 “But you [Jeremiah], gird up your loins! Arise and tell them all that I command you. Do not be dismayed and break down at the sight of their faces, lest I confound you before them and permit you to be overcome. For I, behold, I have made you this day a fortified city and an iron pillar and bronze walls against the whole land-against the [successive] kings of Judah, against its princes, against its priests, and against the people of the land [giving you divine strength which no hostile power can overcome]. And they shall fight against you, but they shall not [finally] prevail against you, for I am with you, says the Lord, to deliver you." -Jeremiah 1:17-19 AMPC
When God is leading us, we can rest assured that He will defend us and protect us. We can go boldly, knowing that He is going before us and making the crooked places straight. It doesn't matter who tries to fight against us; no weapon that is formed against us can prosper. We are to be bold as lions. We must move forward knowing that if God is for us, no one can successfully stand against us as our enemy. God was telling Jeremiah that He was with Him. That was enough for Jeremiah to be willing to go anywhere for God. God is with us. We must adopt that same mentality. We must be willing to go wherever and whenever for God. We must go knowing that if He is with us, we cannot fail.
