đź“– "And as He was going into one village, He was met by ten lepers, who stood at a distance. And they raised up their voices and called, Jesus, Master, take pity and have mercy on us! And when He saw them, He said to them, Go [at once] and show yourselves to the priests. And as they went, they were cured and made clean. -Luke 17:12-14 AMPC

The Bible tells us to be doers of the Word and not hearers only. Jesus told the lepers to show themselves to the priests. They could have been moved by their circumstances. They could have said to Jesus, “We can’t show ourselves to the priest, we’re lepers.” Instead, they acted on what Jesus said, and as they went, they were made whole! We have to be like the lepers. We must act on the Word of God even when it doesn’t make sense. As we act on the Word, we can expect the Word to change our circumstances. Jesus gave a simple instruction, and it changed their impossible situation. When we act on the Word, we can expect it to change ours as well.
