God is the One with the plan. He is the One who knows what is up the road. He not only tells us what is about to take place, but when it is good, He knows how to make it happen. It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been in a certain place, God can all of a sudden, place you in a position totally different from where you were earlier.
For example, Joseph was a prisoner when he woke up in the morning, but he was the prime minister by the time he went to bed that night. God had revealed to him that he would be in leadership later in life and that his brothers would bow before him. God interpreted Pharoah’s dream through Joseph, and Joseph was promoted the same day. When God reveals His will and plan for our lives, we must receive it and understand that if God is the One revealing it to us, God is the One who will make it a reality. Not only can He make it happen, but He can make it happen suddenly!
