When we speak the Word of God, heaven will back us. When Joshua was fighting against the Gibeonites, Joshua spoke to the sun and the moon, and they obeyed. The Word of God tells us that God heeded the word of a man (Joshua 10:12-14). Heaven will back us when our words line up with the Word of God. Heaven will not back up words of sickness and disease, poverty, lack, insufficiency, defeat, etc. The angels of God hearken to the voice of God (or the Word of God) and God’s Word does not promote defeat. God’s Word causes us to triumph. Speak what you desire, not what you have. Speak the Word of God.
