Words are not just mere words. Words bring life, and they can also bring death. Words can cause blessings, or they can bring calamity into our lives. Our words can take us on a path of abundance and surplus, or they can take us down a road of scarcity and lack. Jesus told us that we can have what we say if we don’t doubt it in our hearts (Mark 11:23). If you want to change what you have, you must change what you’ve been saying. What you have today is a result of what you said yesterday. The things that you will have tomorrow will depend on what you say today. We must take our words more seriously. Our words are not just mere words. What we choose to do with them could be the difference between life and death. Choose wisely.
