πŸ“– "If you return to the Almighty, you will be built up; You will remove iniquity far from your tents. Then you will lay your gold in the dust, And the gold of Ophir among the stones of the brooks. Yes, the Almighty will be your gold And your precious silver; For then you will have your delight in the Almighty, And lift up your face to God. You will make your prayer to Him, He will hear you, And you will pay your vows. You will also declare a thing, And it will be established for you; So light will shine on your ways." -Job 22:23-28 New King James Version

Sometimes when we mess up, we run away from God. That is never a smart move. When we mess up, we should run TO God. God is our answer. God is the source of our strength and our life. When we turn from iniquity and return to God, we can expect there to be a turnaround in our lives. We can look forward to restoration. We can expect God’s favor and His blessings to come upon us and overtake us. We can exercise our authority without feelings of guilt and condemnation. We can go to God without shame in our lives and expect to be in an overall better place, when we return to our first love. God is so merciful, and He is so good!
