When we walk in humility and cast down our cares, pride, anxieties, and worries and lay them at the feet of Jesus, not only do we better position ourselves for our Father to watch and protect us, but He also desires to honor us as we serve and represent His Kingdom. ⁣

Besides, if we were really equipped to carry all of the load ourselves, we wouldn’t be encouraged time and time again in God’s Word to give them to God. Trust that God knows best for your life and stay connected to Him for the direction so that He can lead you. He is faithful, and He will not abandon you

When we ask wisdom of God (James 1:5), we can rest assured that it will also be apparent in our character. It will lead us to seek peace and to show mercy. Wherever God leads us there will be no hypocrisy or partiality - it’s pure, holy and just! When we stir up the gift inside of us, we provide the proper environment for the Holy Spirit to guide us and lead every area of our lives supernaturally. We are privy to information that mere knowledge wouldn’t have been able to reveal to us. Trust God’s plan for your life and that He will supply and provide for you for wherever He leads you.

Gratitude? Thankfulness? What do those terms really mean? Thanksgiving is defined as: a public acknowledgment or celebration of divine goodness; the act of giving thanks; a prayer expressing gratitude. Thanksgiving is an action; it’s recognizing the many reasons we have to be grateful. For the believer, it should be a daily mindset. ⁣

We have so much to be grateful for: love, joy, peace, favor and more importantly, we have the promise of eternal salvation. If nothing else, you have a reason to be eternally grateful and to show God by honoring, sharing His love and properly representing Him everyday. We love you and thank God for you today. ⁣

Are you honoring God with the portion He has entrusted you with? Be content with the season and things that you have been given and trust and believe, God will honor His Word and you with an even greater portion. Be patient and trust God to reveal what you can learn in and from the season you’re in. He is a good God and is faithful to His promises. Hallelujah!⁣

What a great privilege we have to approach the throne of our Heavenly Father! It’s only by His grace. Grace refers to one receiving something that is undeserved, and the greatest example of this undeserved mercy is the free gift of salvation we have in Jesus Christ. Aren’t you glad that it doesn’t stop there?

God loves us unconditionally, and though there is nothing we can do to qualify ourselves for that privilege, it is His desire that we come to Him to lay our burdens down at His feet and humbly seek His wisdom and guidance for our lives. At that throne [of grace], He gives us timely blessings and provision for laying down our will and desires and picking up His. So reject anything (emotion, thought or person) who seeks to hinder or discourage you from coming to your Father! Your victory is in your prayer, praise and obedience to God. So go to Him boldly and with expectancy. He loves you, and He’s waiting.

Salvation and our relationship with Christ, as a whole, should not be a stagnant one. Continue to grow, learn and study the things of God, so that you develop spiritually everyday. Pray in tongues regularly so that the Holy Spirit - your Teacher - can instruct you and give wisdom and guidance where needed. What a merciful Father we serve! He wasn’t just interested in “saving” us, but after He did, He cared enough for us to perfect those things that concern us and use us for His will (Psalm 138:8)!⁣⁣

🙌God please continue to work in and through us for your good pleasure and purpose. Thank you for the pleasure and privilege of being fit for your use, in Jesus’ name, Amen. ⁣

Rejoice! Not only does the Lord give us strength, but it’s His desire to put a new song in our mouths (Psalm 40:3). Stir up the gift inside of you and receive God’s wisdom, direction and song of gladness. The Lord is a shield of protection around you both physically and spiritually. So, be sure to give Him thanks and praises for His grace and love for you today. You are anointed to accomplish everything that He has instructed you to do and you can do ALL things through Christ (Philippians 4:13).⁣

Regardless of the circumstance - GOOD or BAD - there is power in our praise. We serve a faithful God, and He holds all power in His hands. He is definitely worthy of our praise, and when we exalt God, we put Him in the proper perspective - above and greater than the circumstance. On top of all that, because He’s a Good Father, He also graces us with favor. So praise through it! He’s more than able to bring you through.

It’s imperative that we, as believers, renew our minds daily because if/when we don’t, we are more susceptible to our flesh and secular entities influencing how we behave, what we think and how we speak rather than the Word and spirit of God. We are encouraged in God’s Word to be slow to speak and swift to hear when engaging with others. This alone will help us to give a “soft” answer and seek the wisdom of God before opening our mouths (Psalm 141:3, James 1:19).

🙏 God help us to be vessels of Your peace. Guard the doors of our mouth and give us wisdom on how to answer every man so that we can be better ambassadors for your Kingdom…in Jesus’s name, Amen.

As our country celebrates its independence, don’t lose sight of the freedom that we [as believers] have in Christ. We have been redeemed from the curse of the law, and it’s our Father’s desire for us to no longer be bound by shackles of sin. We are not bound to our past or present circumstance. In fact, we can truly do ALL things through Christ who strengthens us (Philippians 4:13) and because of that independence from our sin nature (in salvation - John 3:16). Trust His plans for your life are good (Jeremiah 29:11); so, walk boldly and humbly in your freedom in Christ! ⁣

🤔 The more we develop in our relationship with God and reject carnality, the more we will be spirit-led. The more time we spend in His presence and His Word, the easier it will be to view things from a godly perspective because God transforms us into a new person by adjusting the way we think. When our minds are renewed, we better position ourselves to receive insight from God on how to fulfill His will and what His purpose is for our lives. Even though we may have our own plans that we want to accomplish, when we renew our minds, we have to make the decision to surrender our will and desires to Him EVERY TIME knowing that He loves us, knows and wants what’s best for our lives (Proverbs 20:5, Jeremiah 29:11).⁣

🙏 God, elevate my way of thinking. Make your heart my heart. Make those things that are a priority to you become my priorities. You created me and are aware of your purpose for my life and the gifts and talents you entrusted me with, in the process. Therefore, I will submit my plans and my mindset to you. Show me my heart and any areas where I may have unintentionally adopted a carnal way of doing or viewing things. Create in me a clean heart (Psalm 51:10, Proverbs 3:6, Psalm 37:23) and direct my footsteps God. I trust you and your plans for my life.⁣

GREAT is God’s love for us! Like the vast ocean, His love is overflowing and knows no boundaries or restrictions. Regardless of our past or present circumstances, His love is truly “unbothered” or unconcerned by them. His mercies are new EVERY morning, and He is faithful to us because of His love. ⁣⁣

No matter how “windy” the situation may seem, He is well able to anchor your soul and calm your circumstance. Keep your mind on Him and let Him anchor your soul. Rest and abide in His peace that passes all understanding (not logical by man’s standards). Accept and embrace God’s love for you today. 💗⁣⁣⁣⁣

🤔 The more we allow our hearts (convictions, priorities, etc) to mirror God’s, the more we become like Him; and the more we become like our Father, the more our faith is developed. Just as with any earthly relationship, the more time you spend with a person, the easier it is to trust them and “have faith” in them and their character. God’s given all of us a “measure of faith (Romans 12:3) and that faith is strengthened when we trust and rely in God and invest in our relationship with Him. In fact, it’s literally the only way to bring God pleasure. Seek Him diligently just as you would if you’d lost something of value to you. God will honor your heart and reward you and your faith in Him will grow even stronger. He is faith-full and proven 💯. You can firmly put ALL your confidence and trust in Him.

God loved us so much that He sent His only Son Jesus to die for our sin. He took the penalty that we had justly placed on us because of the sin nature of mankind. So, if you’ve been abandoned, unworthy, lacking courage, fearful, let this be a reminder of the substitute the Jesus became just for you! He took your sentence, and you have been redeemed (Ephesians 1:7)!

When you became born again, he changed you from the inside out. Not only are you no longer bound by sin (Romans 4:16), but you are victorious and more than a conqueror. You’ve been set apart and marked as His child. You no longer are defined by your previous identity BC (before Christ). You are kings/priests and have the mind of Christ (1 Corinthians 2:16). You have been blessed with the opportunity to be Christ’s ambassadors, so rejoice! Let your actions and attitude reflect your awareness of His love for you. You are loved!

To love God is to know Him and to love Him is to walk with Him. It’s God’s heart that know His way and His will for our lives, but in order to do this, we must spend time “walking” with Him. If we desire to please Him, we have to place our faith - complete trust and confidence in Him (Proverb 3:5-6). God will reward those that seek to draw closer to Him. So, focus your energy on not only reading His Word but by stirring up the gift inside of you (2 Timothy 1:6). God loves you and desires for you to know Him better and to trust the direction and plans that He has for your life. ⁣

God loves us, and it is His desire that we not only learn His Word (His will), but that we gain a true understanding of the heart behind it. His Word truly restores refreshes our souls (Psalm 19:7). He is faithful to us, and when we familiarize ourselves with what is important to Him, we gain wisdom and peace of mind in the process. In addition, God has given us the Holy Spirit to give us godly wisdom as well. So, it’s important that we keep our hearts pliable so that we are able to gain a better understanding and become better representatives for the Kingdom of God every day. We serve a God who desires to perfect those areas that concern us (Psalm 138:8); and as a result, God - our Father - gives instruction and sometimes even discipline to us because of His love for us. Like any good Father, it’s His desire to grow and get better so that we can serve better as His representatives. So never fret, get dismayed or annoyed at His instruction. One of the worse things in life is for one to go through life thinking you are wise or intelligent, but to viewed any others as foolish. Humility is one of our greatest assets. On God’s part, His “instruction” is a sign of His love. It should spark appreciation in our hearts. We should be honored to learn and receive it [God’s instruction]. SELAH and be sure to give God thanks for His unconditional love for you.⁣
