😌 Even when we feel that we are confident in the path and purpose that we are walking in, it’s imperative that we take the time daily to check in with our Heavenly Father - the developer of that purpose - to ensure that our steps are still aligned. 📖 We are reminded in God’s Word to continue to place our confidence in God instead of our intelligence or experience. So trust in God’s plans for your life both in your day-to-day and long term interactions and planning. God is faithful, and He will establish and make sure His plans for your life.

☀️ Good morning! Have a request? Just like the psalmist David, we can give our requests to God and expect that God will answer us. In fact, we can put our confidence in the fact that if those request please and honor Him, that He will not only heart those prayers, but He will answer them (1 John 5:14-15, Isaiah 65:24, John 14:14) . So, remove any doubt, un-forgiveness and ask God to reveal any other hindrances. Then wait patiently on God. You can depend on the Lord. He will never fail you! Rest IN Him this morning. Have a great day!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING to you and your loved ones today from Victory!! 🙏🏽🙏🏻🙏
❤️ Thanksgiving is defined as: a public acknowledgment or celebration of divine goodness; the act of giving thanks; a prayer expressing gratitude. Thanksgiving is an action; it’s recognizing the many reasons we have to be grateful. For the believer, it should be a daily mindset. We have so much to be grateful for: love, joy, peace, favor and more importantly, we have the promise of eternal salvation. If nothing else, you have a reason to be eternally grateful and to show God by honoring, sharing His love and properly representing Him everyday. We love you and thank God for you today.

💗📖 “To know Him is to love Him…” The more we deepen our relationship with God by allowing Him to teach us how to exercise good judgement and discernment in our personal lives, the better we get to know and strengthen our relationship with our Heavenly Father. When we embrace His precepts and make it a priority for the things that are dear to His heart to become close to ours, the more our faith is strengthened. His Word (the Bible) = His will = His heart. Keep your spirit man built up today and take the time “to know Him” a little better by reflecting on His Word. #HeWantsYouToKnowHimBetter

🙌 There is freedom in Christ, and because of God’s love for us, He’s instead given us love, power and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). God’s Word is Truth and as a result of the authority, power and authenticity of His Words, we can go to Him boldly regardless of what we are facing. We can share our heart with Him and seek direction to the purpose that He has on our lives. We are His ambassadors, and He always welcomes us checking in with Him for guidance and insight on the plans He has for our lives and for guidance in doing so. He loves you and will provide for every part of the assignment. Place all of your confidence in Him and boldly go to His throne. He loves you, and He’s waiting.

🙌 Our Heavenly Father desires for our relationship with Him to not be a stagnant. Nope. He desires for your relationship with Him to be organic. It’s His heart that we are constantly growing, strengthening and reaffirming our faith and confidence in Him, knowing that He’ll never fail us. In essence, our goals, dreams and desires should be so deeply intertwined with His plans for our lives that it becomes second nature to consult with Him to make sure they stay aligned. The more we trust and obey Him and that we see Him prove Himself time and time again, the more our faith is strengthened. Start your day off thanking Him for His faithfulness to you AND exercising your faith so that I can be strengthened. #HeWontFail #NoSlack

In most sports, an umpire is one who “(in some sports) an official who watches a game or match closely to enforce the rules and arbitrate on matters arising from the play.” We are loved by God, and His love for us was demonstrated through Christ sacrifice on the cross. It’s a blessing to know that His love didn’t just stop on Calvary! He’s given us peace to weather through every situation in our lives (John 14:27). With that same peace, He desires to “umpire” the state of our hearts and minds. As we focus our minds on Him instead of the circumstance, like an umpire, He will “enforce the rules” of that perfect peace in our hearts (Isaiah 26:3). So, where’s your focus today? If need be, make the adjustment, so the Umpire can play His part in your life. He’s watching and waiting to intervene on your behalf.

🙏 When we stay connected to God, following and remaining committed to Christ, we experience inner peace. While Jesus could have been boastful and harsh because of all His mighty exploits, He chose instead to walk in humility and to deal gently with our hearts.
As believers or followers of Christ, we should not only be concerned about sharing the Gospel, but we should have a desire to emulate His character and to honor Him in all we do. God will renew and refresh our souls, if we’ll allow Him to transform us from the inside out and provide us with the peace that only He can provide. Rest IN Him.

🙌 When we place our confidence in God and trust Him to lead our lives, we are cognizant of God’s love for us. The peace and joy that He’s given us access to is beyond our understanding (Philippians 4:7, Proverbs 3:5-6).
He desires for our hearts to overflow with His love. Regardless of what’s going on around us, we can put our trust and hope in God. He anchors our souls when everything around us seems to be unstable. Our Father desires to lead our lives, give wisdom and bring peace of mind. May this bring joy to your heart today. God loves you.

Christianity is often compared to battle or combat. Perhaps that’s because spiritual warfare has so many similarities to physical warfare. Furthermore, Jesus alluded to this by referencing our “overcoming” the world (John 16:33). If you have been born again, then through your faith in God and Jesus's victory on the cross, you’ve overcome this world!
Just take a minute to reflect in the mirror of the Word to ensure that you are dressed for battle this morning with your spiritual armor: breastplate of righteousness, belt of truth, shield of faith, helmet of salvation, etc. (Ephesians 6:10-18). And as it says in Ephesians 6:18, pray in tongues throughout the day and be alert - we’re at war! But there’s no need to fear or be anxious: God is with you and you have already overcome every challenge that may come your way - known or unknown. We have the victory!

Those who put their trust in the Lord can depend on Him for security and protection. He desires to cover you from hurt and harm both physically, spiritually and even emotionally, if needed. In the midst of any tough situations or your enemies, it’s a miraculous think to know that because you have sought safe shelter in your Father inwardly, you can always stand confidently outwardly.
🤲 Your life is in His hands. So trust those same hands to guide you where you need to go and to provide for whatever He has called you to (Philippians 4:19). He is faithful!

Like Paul (the author of the book of Galatians), let us commit to being servants and ambassadors of Christ. Regardless of whether we are accepted by man, we can find joy and comfort in the fact that the Creator of the universe has approved you and called you His own. As you represent Him and commit to obeying His will and directions for your life, He will give you the peace, favor and comfort that you need. Let Him lead your life.

☀️ It’s Monday morning - the beginning of a new week - and most of us have the day pretty much laid out already. Truth is, we can make our own plans for our lives and even try to influence the plans of others, but at the end of the day, only the plans and purpose that the Lord has ordained for our lives will last (Proverbs 19:21).
He establishes and makes our steps sure and steady (Psalm 37:23). Before you were formed in your mother’’s womb, God knew you, and He knew the plans and purpose He had for your life. Only He has the power to solidify your plans, so put your trust in Him and stay connected so that you can receive instruction and "next steps" from Him. He's got you.

🙌 We have the awesome responsibility and privilege of representing the King of all kings - the Creator of the universe (2 Corinthians 5:20). We are His ambassadors and that means communicating His priorities and passions, with love and truth being at the core of them.
🤔 When people think of you, do the words mercy, kindness, and truth come to mind? Commit anew and ask for God's help in more accurately demonstrating the heart of God to others. Not only will it make God proud, but it will bring us favor both in His sight and in the sight of others. He’s there to help us, and as the fruits of the Spirit mature and develop in us, we will be more equipped as His ambassadors. He loves you, and you are the apple of His eye (Psalm 17:8).

Oftentimes, in the process of our decision-making, we unconsciously check in with our intellect and “experience” before we do with the very One who created the brain that curates our intellect and affects our past experiences. He is ALL-knowing and therefore privy to information that you are not.
So, don’t hastily make important decisions out of anxiety or fear over a lack of time. Our God is the Author of time, but He is not subject to it. So, put your trust in Him and make a conscious effort today to check in with your spirit before moving forward on any serious decision. He loves you and can give you divine insight, wisdom and favor when and where you need it. Trust Him…He’s got you! 🙌
God wants to lead your life, and one of the ways we allow Him to do just that is to entrust our mind and emotions do Him as well by letting Him take the lead.
Practice praying in tongues today and making a conscious effort to follow this command. It will curate the opportunity for God to speak wisdom to your spirit in different areas before you open your mouth. It may also save you embarrassment, time and resources. God thank you for loving us and thank you for putting a watch over our mouths today (Psalm 141:3) in Jesus name. Amen. Have a blessed day today! #dailydevotional #wisdom #slowtospeak #quicktohear
