We serve a God who desires to perfect those areas that concern us (Psalm 138:8); and as a result, God - our Father - gives instruction and sometimes even discipline to us because of His love for us. Like any good Father, it’s His desire for us to grow and get better so that we can serve better as His representatives.

So never fret, get dismayed or annoyed at His instruction. One of the worse things in life is for one to go through life thinking he or she is wise or intelligent, only to later find out that he is viewed by others as foolish. Humility is one of our greatest assets. On God’s part, His “instruction” is a sign of His love. It should spark appreciation in our hearts. We should be honored to learn and receive it [God’s instruction]. SELAH and be sure to give God thanks for His unconditional love for you.⁣

Just as you read in the passage above, It is still God’s desire for us to put ALL of our faith in Him. After all, the fear and reverence of God is the beginning of knowledge (Proverbs 1:7), right? We cannot access true wisdom - Godly wisdom - without God. God is all powerful. There’s nothing too hard for Him, and no one who can stand against Him (Romans 8:31). So, before you consult your intellect on making an important decision today, instead, trust God for His wisdom, wait for His guidance and place your confidence in Him.

We were never meant to carry the cares of the world on our shoulders. Release and transfer any burdens and concerns you may have to your Heavenly Father. Not only can He handle the weight of any circumstance in your life, but He can strengthen you and “carry you” as well. He will protect you; and by the direction of the Holy Spirit, He will guide you. He will not allow you to slip. Trust Him and follow His lead. He will never leave you or let you down. ⁣

NOthing is too hard for our Heavenly Father. He cannot and will not lie to us. Whatever He has said that He will do, He will do. So stand confidently on the promises of God and on the purpose and plans that He’s revealed to you. He will bring them to pass. ⁣ ⁣

He is faithful and regardless of whether you can see the physical manifestation of those promises yet, trust and believe: if God said it, that settles it. Practice agreeing with His Word verbally. Have faith and visualize those things before they come into existence. Ask God for His help to see things the way He sees and desires you to (Hebrews 11:1. 2 Kings 16:17). He’s got you. Just stay the course and keep your eyes on Him.⁣ We win! 🙌🏼 ⁣

☀️ HAPPY TUESDAY! As you prepare for the day, be sure to reflect on the mercy of God. He clearly demonstrated His love and grace through the sacrifice of His Son Jesus. It’s nothing that we did in and of ourselves, but through our salvation in Jesus, we have the freedom to live and walk around justified in God’s eyes. Not only do we have the gift of eternal life, but we have the benefit of having an actual relationship with Him and the privilege of receiving direction and comfort through the Holy Spirit on a daily basis. ⁣

Don’t lose sight of the benefits of that relationship. God’s love for you is profound (John 15:13), and He desires for you to live victoriously in life. Just trust Him for direction and favor and be sure to give Him the glory every step of the way. ⁣⁣⁣

There is victory in our faith (IN Jesus Christ). You were qualified to be a “world overcomer” from the date that you were born again and accepted Christ into your heart. We’ve been given the victory to triumph and overcome the enemy and any hardship or circumstance that we may face while we are in this world because we are not OF this world! Our God is greater, and the Greater One lives inside of us, so we win! No matter what you’re facing, WE WIN. ⁣⁣

⁣⁣ 🙌🏼 God has already given us the victory and because He loves us, we’ve also been equipped with everything we need. He will provide for whatever He has called you to. He will give favor and wisdom when you need it, and He will make a way out of no way, if that’s what is needed. So, continue to persistently put your confidence in God and allow Him to give you direction and bring you through. #worldovercomer ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣

As children of God, we recognize that Christ’s sacrifice for us on the cross over 2,000 years ago is definitely something to be grateful for! We have been brought near to God and made one with Him (v.13-14) even though we were previously separated from God because of sin. Thank God that He brought the Gospel (the Good News) to us whether we were Jew or Greek. He thought about it, and counted each and every one of us worthy of saving and redeeming from the curse of the Law BEFORE we were even formed in our mother’s womb.

🤔 Just think about what great love God has to have for us. Never doubt your worth or value to Him. He has shown time and time again through His Word that we are loved, cherished and the apple of His eye (Zechariah 2:8, Psalm 17:8)! You have access to your Father today through the Holy Spirit. Don’t take it for granted. Stir up the gift and stay sensitive to your Father’s direction today. Have a blessed Sunday!

👂What have your ears been tuned into lately? It’s important for us as ambassadors of Christ to be tuned into the “skillful and godly wisdom” that only God can provide. An ambassador aims to carry out the wishes of the leadership and country that he or she is representing. So, in the same regard, we should be eager to ensure that we have clear instruction and discernment on how to handle the affairs of our lives instead of yielding to our own intellect (Proverbs 3:5-6). ⁣

🙌 We serve a good God and Father, and He’s more than wiling to - happy to - give us HIS wisdom when we ask Him in faith. So, make sure you stay in tune and in communication with your homeland (the Kingdom of God) and its leader (your Heavenly Father). SN: Praying in the Holy Spirit is the “tuning” device to help ensure your signal is clear.⁣

Regardless of the circumstance - GOOD or BAD - there is power in our praise. We serve a faithful God, and in His hands is the power to change any situation. He is definitely worthy of our praise and when we exalt God, we put Him in the proper perspective - above and greater than the circumstance. Because He’s a Good Father, He also graces us with favor. So praise Him through and in the middle of it! He’s more than able to bring you through. ⁣He is faithful to His children.

When we walk in humility and cast down any cares, pride or anxieties that we may have at the feet of Jesus, we better position ourselves for our Father to watch and protect us. In fact, it’s His desire to honor us as we serve and represent His Kingdom. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Besides, if we were really equipped to carry all of the load ourselves, we wouldn’t be encouraged time and time again in God’s Word to give them to God. God knows best for your life so stay connected to Him for wisdom and direction as you allow Him to lead your life. He is faithful, and He will not abandon you⁣.⁣ ⁣

Only what is done by and for the Lord will last. So, commit ALL of your ways to Him and trust that He knows best for your life (Psalm 37:5). While you were in your mother’s womb, God loved you . He created you with the perfect combination of your gifts/talents, personality and purpose (Jeremiah 29:11, 1:5). He “created” creation so long ago, yet we still are reaping the benefits of what He spoke into the atmosphere in faith. You have been called and set apart for His divine purpose. So, confidently place your faith in your Heavenly Father.. He never fails!⁣

Nehemiah and his men were busy at work rebuilding the walls of Jerusalem to protect it against their enemies. In the process, regular troublemakers Sanballat, Tobiah and their gang showed up trying to distract them from their assignment. Oftentimes, it’s this way in our daily lives. God may reveal your purpose to you and even give you instructions to fulfill the vision that He’s assigned you to be busy on [whether it appears to be on a large or small scale].

⁣ ⁣

However, oftentimes you may find that the enemy will try to send distractions your way to get you off course or to cause you to abandon the vision all together. Don’t quit or lose focus though; the Greater One lives inside of you. Commit today to have razor focus on what God has assigned to you. Take on the same attitude that Nehemiah and his men had: “why should the work stop while I leave to come down to meet you?” Don’t come down to the enemies level or allow him to waste your time or energy. The work that God has called you to is much too important. Stay focused on what He has called you to and keep your spirit man built up throughout the day. You’ve got this with His help!⁣ ⁣

As believers, God wants us to not only be a constant source of encouragement, love and kindness to one another in spirit, but we should never take for granted the physical opportunity we have to ourselves to do just that. This, of course, applies as we enter the house of God on Sundays or Wednesday, but it’s also the case throughout the week as we interact with one another. We need God, and we each other. May we rejoice this morning as a family of believers. trusting and believing that He will continue to guide us and give us wisdom throughout the day today.⁣

What type of man or woman would you say that you are? Is your conversation overflowing with good or evil? We may be able to fool others for a period of time, but eventually, what’s inside will eventually come out - good or bad - because our words are indicative of the true condition of our heart. Thoughts will become words and then words eventually translate into actions, so be careful about what you allow to be stored in your heart. Only you have the authority to determine whether the conversations you’re a part of, the music or shows you watch, the material you read glorifies God and mines good treasure or bad in your heart.

🗣” Create in me a clean heart God (Psalm 51:10) so that my words do not deceive or misrepresent You as your child. I desire for the treasure in my heart to honor you so that my thoughts are good, lovely and pure (Philippians 4:8), so give me wisdom and discernment on the things that I’m exposing myself to daily. Thank you Lord for your love and grace to send the Holy Spirit as my Helper, so that I may honor you in word and deed. Amen.”

🙏 When we stay connected to God, and follow and remain committed to Christ, we experience rest for our souls. Jesus could have been boastful and harsh because of all His mighty exploits, but He chose instead to walk in humility and to deal gently with our hearts. As followers of Christ, we should not only be concerned about sharing the Gospel, but we should have a desire to emulate His character, honoring Him in all we do. God will renew and refresh our souls, if we’ll allow Him to transform us from the inside out and provide us with the peace that only He can provide. Rest IN Him. ⁣

🙌🏼 When we are careful to honor and obey God’s Word and to follow His plan and purpose for our lives, we are the most fulfilled. Furthermore, when we trust His leading, we will always eventually find that we are not alone. We gain strength because our obedience brings happiness and joy - His joy IS our strength!

⁣

Continue to meditate on God’s Word daily. His Word helps us to get a better understanding of His heart and will. Remember: TRUE happiness can be found as you follow His path for your life, and the more you stay connected to Him [in prayer and through meditating on His Word], the clearer His direction will become.

⁣

🗣 Confess: “I know the voice of my Heavenly Father, and the voice of a stranger, I don’t recognize. God, I will trust the plans you have for my life!”
