Is your conversation overflowing with good or evil? We may be able to fool others for a period of time, but eventually, what’s inside will eventually come out - good or bad - because our words are indicative of the true condition of our heart. Thoughts will become words and then words eventually translate into actions, so be careful about what you allow to be stored in your heart. Only you have the authority to determine whether the conversations you’re a part of, the music or shows you watch, the material you read glorifies God and mines good treasure or bad in your heart. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣

🗣🙏🏼” Create in me a clean heart God (Psalm 51:10) so that my words do not deceive or misrepresent You as your child. I desire for the treasure in my heart to honor you so that my thoughts are good, lovely and pure (Philippians 4:8), so give me wisdom and discernment on the things that I’m exposing myself to daily. Thank you Lord for your love and grace to send the Holy Spirit as my Helper, so that I may honor you in word and deed. Amen.”⁣⁣ ⁣

When we accept God’s gift of salvation to us and fully surrender our lives to Him and the leadership of the Holy Spirit, we position God to be able to lead our steps and direct our lives. We are His responsibility, and there is no detail too small or insignificant to Him.⁣

He has a unique purpose for your life and just like the prophet Jeremiah (Jeremiah 1:5), He desires to set you apart for His use. Don’t waste any more time worrying about the affairs of your life. God’s got you, and He’s sent the Holy Spirit - your Helper (John 14:26) - to help guide you every step of the way. Rest in Him and in His love for you. Commit to take the time to listen to your spirit man and trust His guidance in the affairs of your life everyday.

🙌 God desires to heal us and make us whole, inside and out; but because He genuinely loves us, He also just wants us to simply trust Him. When we put our faith and confidence in His direction for our lives and what He has said and thinks about us, He can dwell in our hearts and use us for His glory. What an honor it is to be “used” by Him and at His bidding (2 Corinthians 5:20). Soak up His love for you by resting IN Him, meditating on His love letter to you (the Word of God) and keeping your sensitive to His instructions throughout the day (by praying in tongues).⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣

You have nothing to fear: greater is He that is WITHIN us then He that is in the world (1 John 4:4). Don’t let doubt have your heart or the enemy have your ears because we serve a God Who never fails and Who can’t lie (Numbers 23:19), so don’t you dare listen to the enemy’s [lies]. We have the victory IN Christ. ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣

A person’s name revealed both the character and/or affiliations an individual had. When God called Abram and made a covenant with Him revealing that He would be the Father of many nations, his name was changed from Abram to Abraham. He stepped into God’s plan and purpose for His life, but His name was changed prior to it even being brought into fruition. In the same sense, we can look at the many names of God (i.e. Jehovah Jireh - our provider, Jehovah Nissi - our Healer). His name(s) reveal His nature, power, and character (goodness, mercy, power, faithfulness, just for starters) to the world. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
🙌 Because we know that neither He nor His character changes, we can trust Him (Hebrews 13:8). So, if you have need of anything, simply call on His name. He’s still healing, still providing, still comforting, still making a way out of no way, still fighting our battles, still giving us favor, peace and discernment. Place your trust and confidence in His name. Remind yourself today of all that His name reveals about Who He is to you. He won’t fail you.⁣

The purpose and plans that He’s given you are unique, and it’s desire to perfect those areas that concern you and use you for His glory. So, don’t give up. He hasn’t given up on you. 🙌 It’s comforting to know that our Heavenly Father always finishes what He starts. From the beginning of time, He has held the same reputation, and it will never change (Hebrews 13:8). ⁣⁣⁣He will not abandon you, and everything that He has begun in you, He will complete it, IF you stick with Him. ⁣⁣⁣He’s not a a quitter, so if you’re game to allow Him work in and on you, so is He. Happy Tuesday and good morning to you! It’s actually a GREAT morning when we reflect on the goodness of God and His love for us. NO ONE loves you more. ‘Unfailing’ means “constant, reliable, dependable, steadfast, steady” and those are properties that accurately describes His agape love for us. We can always depend on God’s love for us no matter what. When doubts or feelings of uncertainty try to fill our minds, we are encouraged to give them to God (1 Peter 5:7, 2 Corinthians 10:5). So, don’t try to handle things on your own (Proverbs 3:5-6). In exchange, He gives us joy and a reaffirmed sense of hope! Go to Him.

The more we deepen our relationship with God by allowing Him to teach us how to exercise good judgement and discernment in our personal lives, the better we get to know and strengthen our relationship with our Heavenly Father. When we embrace His precepts and make it a priority for the things that are dear to His heart to become close to ours, the more our faith is strengthened. His Word (the Bible) = His will = His heart. Keep your spirit man built up today and take the time “to know Him” a little better by reflecting on His Word. #HeWantsYouToKnowHimBetter⁣

When we place our confidence in God and trust Him to lead our lives, we are cognizant of God’s love for us. The peace and joy that He’s given us access to is beyond our understanding (Philippians 4:7, Proverbs 3:5-6). He desires for our hearts to overflow with His love. Regardless of what’s going on around us, we can put our trust and hope in God. He anchors our souls when everything around us seems to be unstable. Our Father desires to lead our lives, give wisdom and bring peace of mind. May this bring joy to your heart today. God loves you.⁣⁣

Have you taken any unresolved worries or fears to God? Place your energy - your faith and confidence - in God. You’re in good hands with Him. If you are a believer, then you are God’s child, and He desires for you to take those concerns to Him. Your Father is always with you, and since worrying about things serves us no benefit, why waste your energy (Luke 12:25-26)? ⁣Seek His wisdom and take your requests to Him. It is still God’s desire for us to put ALL of our faith in Him. After all, the fear and reverence of God is the beginning of knowledge (Proverbs 1:7), right? We cannot access true wisdom - Godly wisdom - without God. God is all powerful; there’s nothing too hard for Him, and no one who can stand against Him (Romans 8:31). So, instead, trust God for His wisdom, wait for His guidance and place your confidence in Him. #HeIsAble

Whether in deed or conversation, we as believers have also been entrusted with the great responsibility of properly representing our Heavenly Father. Because the “Greater One” lives inside of us, and we have been called to GO into the world and share of God’s love with the lost (1 John 4:4, Matthew 28:16-20), it’s important to never forget that we may be the only physical sighting of the “Greater One” (Jesus) that some witness.

Daily, we have to make a conscious effort to represent Christ accurately, especially in our conversation. Our words have power and they are often birthed out of the abundance of the content of our heart (Matthew 28:16-20). Ask and trust God for help to use your mouth to glorify Him. It’s our privilege as believers. ⁣

☀️ As you prepare for the day, be sure to reflect on the mercy of God. He clearly demonstrated His love and grace through the sacrifice of His Son Jesus. It’s nothing that we did in and of ourselves, but through our salvation in Jesus, we have the freedom to live and walk around justified in God’s eyes. Not only do we have the gift of eternal life, but we have the benefit of having an actual relationship with Him and the privilege of receiving direction and comfort through the Holy Spirit on a daily basis. ⁣

Don’t lose sight of the benefits of that relationship. God’s love for you is profound (John 15:13), and He desires for you to live victoriously in life. Just trust Him for direction and favor and be sure to give Him the glory every step of the way. ⁣⁣⁣

He is loving, patient and graceful where we may struggle. So, be encouraged!⁣⁣

God’s Word always encourages us to trust God and not to lean to our own understanding, regardless of how knowledgeable we may think we are in the process of our decision-making (Proverbs 3:5-6). God desires to give us “skillful and godly wisdom” - insight that we may not have been privy to otherwise. So, stay connected into your Spiritual Headquarters by praying in the Spirit. It’s your Father’s desire to give you direction and guidance for your life as you seek His will for your life. God’s got your back, and He knows your future. Put your confidence in Him. ⁣

Stay the course and allow God to develop your character and mature you. He is perfecting those things that concern you (Psalm 138:8), so don’t become overwhelmed trying to do it all in one day or do it all by yourself. Ultimately, you will find joy, hope and comfort as a result of the character that only your Heavenly Father can develop in you.
