When we place and keep God at the throne of our hearts, we position ourselves for Him to move on our behalf, to direct the affairs of our lives, to give us wisdom, strength, favor and His peace. When we ask and receive wisdom of God (James 1:5), we can rest assured that it will also be apparent in our character. It will lead us to seek peace and to show mercy. Wherever God leads us there will be no hypocrisy, partiality or inaccuracy - it’s pure, holy and just! ⁣⁣⁣

When we stir up the gift inside of us, we provide the proper environment for the Holy Spirit to guide us and lead every area of our lives supernaturally. Trust God’s plan for your life and that He will supply and provide for you wherever He leads you. ⁣⁣⁣

More now than ever before, it’s important that we as followers of Christ, understand the privilege of knowing and serving the all-knowing, all-powerful Creator of the Universe!

So, place all of your confidence in Him and keep your mind stayed on Him throughout the day. He will sustain you and provide you with His “perfect” peace (John 14:27) through it all. Trust Him.

🙌 Nothing can separate us from God’s love. He is on our side. If you've fallen, allow Him to help you and pick yourself back up. If you’ve succeeded, give Him the honor He is due. If you just don't "feel" love, speak to your emotions and selah (ponder/think about) the fact that God’s love for you was so profound that He spared nothing BECAUSE OF His love. We are His ambassadors and that means communicating His priorities and passions, with love and truth being at the core of them. ⁣

Do the words mercy, kindness, and truth come to mind when people think of you? How about committing anew in 2021? Ask for God's help in more accurately demonstrating the heart of God to others. Not only will it make God proud, but it will bring us favor both in His sight and in the sight of others. He’s there to help us, and as the fruits of the Spirit mature and develop in us, we will be more equipped as His ambassadors. He loves you, and you are the apple of His eye (Psalm 17:8).⁣

David’s reflections in the twenty third psalm expressed his conviction that the Lord desired to lead His children even in their personal lives. Shepherds LEAD their flock every step of the way. The Good Shepherd LEADS us beside peaceful streams (He doesn’t want us anxious or to fret about anything; He wants us to rest IN Him. Philippians 4:6). 

If you will allow Him, He will GUIDE you and direct your steps to walk in the will and purpose that He desires for your life (Psalm 37:23). Even when we may find ourselves going through tough times or in the presence of company that may have ill will toward us, our Good Shepherd gives us perfect peace and never leaves our side (John 14:27)! Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?” (Numbers 23:19). TRUST HIM! He will ‘make it good’. ⁣⁣
