DAILY DEVOTIONAL | February 4th

Jesus was anointed with the Holy Ghost and with power for a reason. That reason was to do good and to heal all who were oppressed by the devil. Jesus was anointed to set the people free. Sickness is not the will of God. Jesus did not go about making people sick. He was not going around oppressing the people. God was with Jesus, setting people free. If you are dealing with some type of sickness in your body, know that it is not God that put that sickness on you. Galatians 3:13 tells us that Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law. Sickness is under the curse according to Deuteronomy 28. If God is against sickness and disease, then we should be. Stand on the promises God concerning healing and know that God is “alert and active, watching over His Word to perform it” (Jeremiah 1:12 AMPC).

DAILY DEVOTIONAL | February 3rd

When Jesus becomes the Lord of our lives, Satan no longer has dominion over us. We no longer belong to Him, and we are not subject to him. Once we switch kingdoms, we must learn how to operate in the Kingdom of God. The rules of the kingdom of God are different and we must renew our minds in order for us to operate proficiently within that kingdom. This gives us some insight into why Jesus told us to seek first the kingdom of God and His way of doing things (Matthew 6:33). By doing this, Jesus said that all of the things that the Gentiles seek would be added unto us. God tells us that His ways are not our ways and His thoughts are not our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9). God gave us His Word so that we could renew our minds and learn how to think how He thinks. We can learn to operate the way He operates. When we learn to do so and implement His ways into our lives, we will eventually live the way He lives, and the only way that God lives is a life a victory.

DAILY DEVOTIONAL | February 2nd

God has already created a path for us. He has not only created a path for us, He has also prearranged us to live a good life (Ephesians 2:10 AMPC). It is on us to seek God in reference to the paths that we are to take. He tells us to call unto Him and that He would answer us and show us great and mighty things, even things that we don’t have knowledge of (Jeremiah 33: 3 AMPC). For many, they are oblivious to their path because they simply have not asked (James 4:2). It is God’s desire that we walk in all that He has for us, but we must be intentional about what receiving direction from God. He is not withholding anything from us. We must seek the Lord about His will for our lives, and as we do, we know that God will lead us and guide us in the way that we should go. He will lead us to our promised land.

DAILY DEVOTIONAL | February 1st

As we cultivate our relationship with God, we can know that God will make us what He preordained for us to be. The Bible tells us that God is at work within us, both to will and to do of His good pleasure (Philippians 2:13). It also tells us that we can be confident that the good work that God has started in us, He will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ (Philippians 1:6). God knows what it will take to accomplish his purpose for us. We must allow God to mold us, shape us, and allow Him to order our steps so that we can be where He wants us to be, doing what He wants us to do. He is the potter, and we are the clay. When we allow God to work in our lives, we can know that our lives will turn out to be something beautiful. Our path will grow brighter and brighter until the perfect day (Proverbs 4:18).

Regardless of any circumstance that may come your way and regardless of how you may be disappointed by it or people, the fact still remains that our God is faithful! He is not a man that He can lie (Numbers 23:19). You can “take His Word to the bank”! So, commit to stand on His Word by your words, thoughts AND actions. His Word brings life, so keep it before your eyes (Proverbs 4:20-22). ⁣

Stay connected to Him throughout the day by praying in the spirit [keeping your spirit man built up]. He is faithful to lead, guide and give you direction and insight throughout the day. ⁣

The more time we spend in the presence of our Heavenly Father and meditate on His Word, the more we get to know Him better. Ultimately, this makes it easier to conform to His ways. He made us to be MORE than a conqueror (Romans 8:37), and He is our protection and covering, so we have nothing to fear (Psalm 91:4). If you need wisdom and direction, you have access to the Holy Spirit - your Helper (James 1:5). In and through the mighty power of God, you will find the strength you need to fulfill every task before you today (Ephesians 6:10, Philippians 4:13)! So hold your head up and walk humbly and confidently in the divine power that God has been given to you.⁣

DAILY DEVOTIONAL | January 29th

When we find ourselves in a tight spot, we can call on the God Who created heaven and earth. He desires to deliver us. He desires to rescue His children when we find ourselves in a place where we cannot rescue ourselves. There may be times in our lives when we don’t know what to do. Whether we know what to do or whether we don’t, we can remain confident that God will honor His Word. The same God Who delivered Shadrach, Meshach, Abednego, and Daniel, wants to do the same for you. God is no respecter of persons, but He is a respecter of faith. Without faith it is impossible to please God (Hebrews 11:6). When we depend on God and His Word, this pleases God, and it brings Him on the scene. God always responds to faith, so let's not let Him down. Let's plese our Father and walk in faith, He will come through every time when we do.

God can prosper us wherever we find ourselves. Joseph was a slave. Joseph was, by the world’s standards, at the bottom of the social class. Despite this position, God still prospered him. God prospered Joseph, and He prospered his master, Potiphar. Later on, Joseph was thrown in prison for a crime that he did not commit. The Bible tells us that God prospered Joseph even when he was in prison. He prospered Joseph to the point that Joseph was running the prison (Genesis 39:20-23). Don’t despise the day of small beginnings (Zechariah 4:10). Don’t allow the enemy to make you feel disgruntled about your present situation. Promotion comes from the Lord. As you continue to seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, you can rest assured that He will bless the works of your hands (Matthew 6:33, Deuteronomy 28: 12).

Even when we feel that we are confident in the path and purpose that we are walking in, it’s imperative that we take the time daily to check in with our Heavenly Father - the developer of that purpose - to ensure that our steps are still aligned. We are reminded in God’s Word to ‘continue’ to place our confidence in God instead of our intelligence or experience. So trust God’s plans and instructions both in your day-to-day AND long term interactions and planning. He is faithful, and He will establish and make sure His plans for your life. ⁣He NEVER fails! 🙌

In spite of all of the challenges and the impossibilities, God came through for Sarah. God told Sarah that she would have a child. He didn’t care about her barrenness. He wasn’t concerned about her age or the age of her husband. When God said it, it was a done deal. Whatever God has said to us in His Word, it is a done deal. The Bible tells us that the promises of God in Him are yes and amen (II Corinthians 1:20). God has already said yes to everything He has promised us. He is looking for people will believe His Word and stand on His Word. God will do what He has said and He will fulfill His promise.

DAILY DEVOTIONAL | January 22nd

With so much turmoil in the world today, isn’t it wonderful to know that we can have peace in the midst of everything that is going on around us? We can have peace because we have a covenant with Almighty God. God says He would never leave us nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5). As long as we keep our minds on His promises, we can walk in peace. As we commit ourselves to God, we can trust Him to take care of everything that concerns us. We can be like Jesus in Mark 4. A storm arose while He and His disciples were on a boat trying to get to their destination. Instead of worrying and crying out in fear like the disciples, Jesus was asleep. Regardless of the storms we face in life, we can go to sleep, knowing that God is taking care of things. Cast your care on the Lord, and when you do, you can have the peace of God that passes all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

DAILY DEVOTIONAL | January 21st

No matter what we face in life, we can face it with joy. Joy is one of the fruits of the spirit listed in Galatians 5.  The fruit of joy allows us to sustain a joyful countenance in the face of any storm. We can always have joy in our hearts because we know that whatever we are facing is temporary, or subject to change. The Word of God tells us to walk by faith and not by sight (2 Corinthians 5:7). When our eyes are on the promises of God and not our circumstances, it's easy to have joy. We have joy because it's just a matter of time before our circumstances line up with the Word of God. Don’t let the enemy steal your joy. Allow the joy of the Lord to strengthen you and sustain and know that victory is on the way.

God has not given us the spirit of fear. The Bible tells us that fear has torment (1 John 4:18). Fear is a spiritual force that the devil uses to torment us and bring to pass things in our lives that are undesirable. Fear is the opposite of faith. Just like faith brings God on the scene, fear brings Satan on the scene. You cannot be in both fear and faith. Let's stay in faith today. Let's believe God’s Word and put our trust in Him. When your trust is in God, it's hard to worry about anything. When you have cast your cares on the Lord, you know that He has your problem and that He knows how to take care of every situation that you face. Don’t allow fear to run your life. Tell it to go in Jesus’ Name. Put your trust in God and know that He will come through for you.

DAILY DEVOTIONAL | January 19th

Isn’t this a wonderful Scripture? To know that if we ask anything according to the will of God (the Word of God), we can know that God not only hears us, but we know that we have the very thing that we are asking for. 2 Peter 1:4, tells us that God “has given us all things that pertain to life and godliness”. Anything that you have need of pertains to life and there is a promise in the Word that covers your situation. We must study the Word, and we must be knowledgeable of the Word in order to know what God has said about the matter. One thing that we can count on is that the promises of God in Him are yes and amen (2 Corinthians 1:20). God has already said yes to all His promises, the key is to know what He has said and then to stand on His promises. Once you have prayed according to the Word of God, you can then rest assured knowing that it's just a matter of time before you experience the fulfillment of that promise in your life.

If you know the story of Joseph, then you know that he endured a lot. He was sold into slavery by his brothers. He was accused of a crime that he did not commit. This false claim caused Joseph to have to serve several years in prison. But despite all that Joseph endured, he was eventually promoted and became second-in-command over all of Egypt. Pharoah gave Joseph his daughter, and eventually Joseph would have two sons. He named his firstborn Manasseh as a reminder that God can turn your life around. God can bless you to the point where you forget all the hard times. He can cause you to forget about the obstacles and the hindrances. God knows how to restore your fortunes. He did it for Joseph. He did it for Job, and if you stay in faith, and keep your eyes on God, He will do it for you.

DAILY DEVOTIONAL | January 16th

Diligence is a key to success in life. We must be diligent about the calling that God has placed on our lives.  Our diligence will determine who we stand in front of. The more diligent we are, the more we will stand in the presence of significant people. If we choose to be negligent in our business, we are choosing a life of insignificance. As we become more, our lives become more. As we change, things around us change. As we continue to be diligent in our business, we can expect to not only stand before kings, but we will begin to live like kings. Our quality of life will change. Everything in our lives can be better, if we will make the decision to become more diligent about the things that God has called us to.
