Ezekiel 34:4 NKJV
The weak you have not strengthened, nor have you healed those who were sick, nor bound up the broken, nor brought back what was driven away, nor sought what was lost; but with force and cruelty you have ruled them.
This rebuke by God to the leaders of Israel through the prophet Ezekiel shows what God is concerned about. He wants His people restored if they are lost or hurt, healed if they are sick. That is why we must always turn to God in our time of need. In Jeremiah 30:17, He said, “I will restore health to you and heal you of your wounds.’ God is never satisfied with our broken state. He wants us well and whole. He often works through others but His will is clear. He is not satisfied until we have what we need.
