Matthew 14:14 NKJV
And when Jesus went out He saw a great multitude; and He was moved with compassion for them, and healed their sick.
The compassion of God is huge. Jesus demonstrated the will of God when He was here on earth. Matthew recorded an incident where Jesus encountered a multitude – a large number of people. His compassion went out – not to a few but to the whole crowd. He was disturbed by their sicknesses and He did something about it. These were people who went out of their way to find Jesus, seeking help from Him. His compassion was big enough to stir up enough anointing in Him to go throughout the entire crowd and heal all of them. Sometimes Jesus was unable to help people because they would not believe, or they rejected Him but whenever people allowed Him, He showed the compassion of God toward them. We must reach out to Jesus in faith and never give up until we see a manifestation of what we know He has already done for us on the cross. Healing is ours in the spiritual realm but the Lord wants us to experience it in the natural realm. Let us remind ourselves that God has compassion on us and wants us all well, and continue to thank Him in faith for that reality coming to our natural bodies. Amen
