whom heaven must receive until the times of restoration of all things, which God has spoken by the mouth of all His holy prophets since the world began.
Thank God there will be a restoration of all things. In the beginning, God made the heavens and the earth. When He was finished He saw everything He had made and behold it was very good. As we look around us now, we see many beautiful things but we cannot say everything is very good. There are a lot of messed up places on earth and there are many wicked people doing things to destroy what God made for us. However, one day all evil will be extinct and once again everything will be very good. When we see how God has been granting restoration throughout history and in our own lives we understand that He is a God of restoration. One day the final restoration will take place and there will be no need for restoration ever again because the beauty of the earth and perfection of the universe will be maintained. What a blessed hope!
