The Gospel message preached at Charlotte Crusade 2024 to thousands
The Charlotte Crusade was a success. This major event united 140 churches to witness the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the City of Charlotte and surrounding areas. According to crusade organizers this was the first crusade of its kind in 30 years. The prayers for a crusade and revival in the city started with Rev. Billy Graham. Born and raised in Charlotte, Rev. Graham became a worldwide evangelist of the Gospel, bringing the message of Jesus to countries around the world including South Korea. The crusade in South Korea 49 years ago, led to churches from that country generations later being led to pray for the U.S. and to lead prayers for revival not only in the U.S., but “in the City of Billy Graham”, Charlotte. Victory Christian Center participated in those prayer events and was one of the church partners that participated in the Crusade on September 20th. Pastor Marilyn Gool was featured on stage and shared the history behind the event. Pastor Marilyn later introduced the South Korean delegation members that prayed for the city of Charlotte, and around the U.S. She then led those in the Bojangles Coliseum in a word of prayer for the delegation who were streaming the event live from South Korea. So, let’s get into some numbers concerning this amazing event: These numbers are courtesy of the Charlotte Crusade’s social media platforms. SNBC News update: Revival continues on US college campuses
SNBC NEWS is continuing to report the spread of revival across the U.S. on major college campuses. Two more colleges in the American South held events for students, hungry for the Word of God.
Recently we reported on revival moving on the hearts of students at Texas A&M University in Corpus Christi, and at Ohio State University, where the event was led by members of the school’s football team. Now at the University of Arkansas, organizers with the group Unite US reported a gathering of ten thousand students at the school’s arena. The students hailed from 67 different universities. The event led by Evangelist Tonya Prewett was a night of praise and worship, leading students to Christ as new Christians gave their testimonies of salvation. Prewett says so far, the organization reports two thousand students have received Christ and eight hundred have been baptized over the past year. The organization had another event this time just about an hour south of Charlotte at the University of South Carolina. The group reported four thousand students gathered at Colonial Life Arena. Hundreds reportedly accepted Jesus as their Savior, with many being baptized in the school’s Library fountain following the service. SNBC NEWS will continue to update you on these college campus revivals.
Christian World News: China and Israel
A pastor from California is being released from prison in China after nearly 20 years. The U.S. State Department confirmed Pastor David Lin was released from prison and returned to the U.S. Lin was accused by the Chinese government after helping to establish a Christian training center in Beijing. Pastor Lin denied all charges by Chinese officials but was sentenced to life in prison in 2009 on fraud charges. The Communist party in China demands churches pledge loyalty to the government or face persecution. Supporters and the family of Pastor Lin, in a statement gave God praise for the pastor’s return to the U.S. and thanked the state department for their continued efforts to return the pastor home.
SNBC NEWS is continuing to monitor the situation in Israel. The nation’s military forces have launched a full-scale attack on Hezbollah in the Northern territory. The IDF warned residents in the area to evacuate, prior to the offensive. The IDF was targeting embedded terror spots used to launch rockets against Israel. This offensive follows several successful attacks against the terrorist group by Israel.
The IDF killed one of the group’s leaders recently and launched a technology offensive against the group killing several members of the terrorist organization. Israeli officials say prefer diplomatic efforts to stop the offensive, but they will continue to defend their nation until Hezbollah is defeated.
SNBC Health report: the importance of exercise and long-term longevity
Some doctors and health experts refer to this as biological youth. The term basically means that a patient’s body works and responds like the body of a younger person. This can be achieved through three methods: through the Word of God, declaring scriptures of health and healing over your body according to the Word of God in Romans 8:11, the Spirit of God inside of us will give life to our mortal bodies. In addition to scripture confessions over our lives, food and activity are natural solutions to keep our bodies healthy and youthful. Vitamin D from sunlight, eating lean and healthy proteins, and the intake of healthy carbs are all ways to increase your health. Regular Exercise, prioritizing sleep, managing stress, eating whole foods often and prioritizing gut health are other recommended ways to keep our bodies young and healthy.
