Evangelism Organization reports more big numbers as students accept Christ
UNITE US is reporting another large revival turnout on a college campus. The ministry reports the revival sweeping across college campuses here in the US is continuing with students accepting Christ as their Savior in large numbers. The organization recently held a revival worship event at the University of Kentucky. Eight thousand students filled one of the school’s arenas to worship God and here the message of the Gospel. During the altar call two thousand students responded to accept Jesus as their personal Savior. Following the message, the new Christians lined up to be baptized as a statement of their faith. Organizers say students excited about the upcoming event, organized prayer events leading up to the service. Dubbed Jericho Saturdays students at the University of Kentucky walked the campus praying, believing God to show up in a big way on their campus. This revival has been ongoing for two years beginning at Ashbury University in February of 2023. Since then, thousands of students have accepted Christ as their Savior at universities and colleges across the U.S. and the revival shows no signs of slowing down. Organizers are giving God praise for the huge turnouts at each event and are planning more events for this year.

Study finds teens hungry for God’s Word
This ongoing growth of revival is not just happening on college campuses. A recent survey finds, younger generations are hungry to know more about the Gospel. According to a recent poll by Barna research teenagers across the U.S. are interested in knowing more about Jesus. The study finds 77 percent of teens in the U.S. say they are somewhat motivated to learn more about the Christian faith. Researchers called the study encouraging. They added this interest is a great opportunity to reach the lost with the Gospel of Jesus. Though studies in the past few years have shown a drop in Bible literacy, and church attendance, researchers say the curiosity about spiritual things is an opportunity to introduce young Americans to the God of the Bible.

Christian group urges help from President Trump
Christians here in the U.S. are urging President Trump to speak out after growing persecution of Christians in Iran. According to advocacy groups, two Christians in Iran were recently arrested again. Officials claim the two men were violating Iranian law by running underground churches. One of the men has gone on a hunger strike in response to the arrest. Supporters believe the charges are nothing more than thinly veiled persecution. A Christian advocate group called NGO Article 18 reports that Christians in Iran, especially those who converted from Islam face the worst persecution. The group is urging the president to issue a statement condemning the actions of the Iranian government and issue sanctions if they continue. According to various Christian groups, the nation of Iran may have 500 thousand to one million citizens that identify as Christians.
