1. If you are celebrating a birthday in the month of May, Pastor Marilyn would like to meet with you immediately after service Sunday, May 31st, in the Church Office reception area (West side of the Dome).
2. If you are a member and have children 9 years and up that attend VCC and they have a May birthday, please go by the Welcome Center and leave their names.

5. Parents that have children in Children’s Church, please be reminded that NEXT SUNDAY (May 31st) is the 5th Sunday and there’s NO Children’s Church.
6. Victory Family! Terry Mize will be our guest speaker on Sunday, May 31st for our morning and evening services. There will be no children’s church; and children’s Sunday Night Bible Classes will be CANCELLED. Everyone will be at the Dome. Thank you!
7. Victory Family! Our next Give Away Day will be Saturday, June 13th from 9 AM - 11 AM in the VYB Gym! Members interested in giving your gently used items - please stop by the Welcome Center to sign up and receive an information sheet. The deadline to sign up is Wednesday, June 10th. Remember, it is better to give than to receive, but you can do both at this event! Everyone is welcome to come and shop for free. We look forward to seeing you there!
8. Ready to turn fabric into something amazing? Join MTCC's fun and beginner-friendly sewing class where you’ll learn the basics of sewing, machine setup, simple stitches, and create your own project to take home! Class sessions are June 20th and July 11th, 18th, and 25th from 10 AM - 1 PM at MTCC. Students are asked to bring a sewing machine, sewing kit, and one yard of fabric. Register in person at MTCC. The cost is $100 and the deadline to register is Friday, June 12th. Whether you want to make clothes, start a hobby, or unleash your creativity, this class is for you!
9. Looking to improve your health naturally? Join us Saturday, June 27th at More Than Conquerors College from 10 AM - 1 PM for an informative and engaging workshop focused on the powerful benefits of bitter herbs and bitter greens. The cost is $45, which includes lunch and dessert, as well as live demonstrations on how to prepare and enjoy bitter herbs and greens. The deadline to sign up is Monday, June 8th and is limited to the first 20 sign-ups. Register today at More Than Conqueror’s College. 10. The VCC Wordshop will be CLOSED THIS EVENING (Memorial Day).
11. Fun Night will be held THIS FRIDAY from 7-11 PM for ages 9-18. Appropriate attire is required Men’s Night for VCC Men ages 19 and up is held Monday nights from 6-9 PM at the Victory Youth Building.
12. Do you enjoy working behind the scenes and have a knack for technology? We’re looking for volunteers to join our I-MAG (Image Magnification) Team. We have an immediate need for volunteers for Sunday evening services! If you're comfortable with computers and can type, this is a great way to serve. No prior experience is needed—training will be provided! This is more than just pushing buttons—by serving on the I-MAG team, you are upholding our Pastor’s arms and playing a vital role in spreading the Gospel. Stop by the Welcome Center to fill out a MOH application—we’d love to have you on the team!
13. Victory Family! For the 2026–2027 school year, VCCS is seeking house parents who are willing to open their homes to our international students and serve as ambassadors of the Kingdom—providing a safe, loving, and Christ-centered “home away from home” during the academic year. If you feel led to serve in this capacity and would like to be considered to host one or two students, please stop by the Welcome Center to sign up and receive additional information.
14. Lil’ Kings Summer Camp is filling up fast! You can still register for a one-time fee of $40.00 and $165.00 per week (you pay only for the weeks that your child attends). Contact the VCCS preschool if you already know the week(s) your child will be attending. We are excited to serve children 3-8 years of age. Children 3 years old must be fully potty trained and of age on or before October 31st, 2026. Spots are limited, so act now! Camp sessions are from June 1st-July 31st, Monday-Friday from 7 AM-6 PM. 17. The Clothing Ministry has an immediate need for women's underwear and bras. Undergarments must be new. Donations may be dropped off at the Dome Food and Clothing Room before and after services or at the Missions Office at Campus 3 during office hours. We appreciate your generosity!

The Missions Department is looking for people with skills to volunteer to assist people operating on a tight budget, couponing, cooking healthy meals, creative homemaking, and leveraging resources. If you have these skills, please contact the Missions Department at missions@vccenter.net or 704-529-5888.
21. If you were baptized and haven’t received your baptismal certificate, please pick it up at the Welcome Center.
22. A new, tax-deferred IRA-type account for children, with $1,000 in federal seed money for children born between 2025 and 2028. To open an account, visit trumpaccounts.gov starting in mid-2026.
23. Ministry of Helps Classes are available online! There are three options to register for these classes: 1. Go to vccenter.net, click on the “serve” tab and complete the submission form. 2. Sign up at the Welcome Center or 3. Email churchoffice@vccenter.net. If you are unable to take the classes online, please call the Church Office at 704-602-6010.
24. New Members Classes are available online. If you are interested in church membership, please go to vccenter.net, click on the “New Members Classes Online” link under the “Connect” tab. Submit your first and last name and email address. Your login credentials will then be sent to you.
25. The VCC Nursery Ministry is looking for excited volunteers to work with our 2 - 4 year olds. Benefits include: instant hero status, exercise during praise and worship, unlimited high fives, helping build a foundation for the next generation. The VCC Women's Shelter is touching and changing lives for the glory of God....If you are interested in serving at the Women's Shelter, we have chaperone shifts available Wednesday and Friday evenings and all-day Saturdays and Sundays. 28. The Media Ministry has need of additional volunteers in all areas: Video, Audio, Floor Director, I-MAG and Stage & Lighting. No experience required and training will be provided. 29. VCC Youth Fun Night for ages 9-18 needs chaperones! If you are a VCC member, at least 21 years old, completed MOH classes, have a desire/calling to work with youth and a fun personality; then we'd love for you to come serve with us! Flexible time slots are available once approved. All interested may complete a MOH application at the Welcome Center.
