1. Everyone with May Birthdays who did not get a chance to meet with Pastor Marilyn last Sunday, please stop by the Welcome Center to receive a special gift TODAY after service!
2. Pastor Marilyn will be meeting TODAY with those who have completed their New Members Classes. This meeting will be held at 5:30 PM in the Dining Room of the Victory Youth Building. New Members Classes must be completed prior to this meeting to attend.
3. Men, TOMORROW, the Men of Victory will be hosting a Movie Night during Men’s Night. Feel free to invite your MALE family members and friends to enjoy this special event. We hope to see you there!
4. Victory Family! Give Away Day will be THIS SATURDAY from 9 AM - 11 AM in the VYB Gym! Members interested in giving your gently used items - please stop by the Welcome Center to sign up and receive an information sheet. The deadline to sign up is THIS WEDNESDAY. Remember, it is better to give than to receive, but you can do both at this event! Everyone is welcome to come and shop for free. We look forward to seeing you there!
5. Ready to turn fabric into something amazing? Join MTCC's fun and beginner-friendly sewing class where you’ll learn the basics of sewing, machine setup, simple stitches, and create your own project to take home! Class sessions are June 20th and July 11th, 18th, and 25th from 10 AM - 1 PM at MTCC. Students are asked to bring a sewing machine, sewing kit, and one yard of fabric. Register in person at MTCC. The cost is $100 and the deadline to register is THIS FRIDAY. Whether you want to make clothes, start a hobby, or unleash your creativity, this class is for you!
6. Men of Victory! The Men's Health & Fitness Team will be hosting ten weekly workout sessions beginning Saturday, June 20th from 7 AM - 8:30 AM at the After School Building. The cost is $2.00 per session and the first week is free of charge! Interested men ages 19 and up may sign up at the Welcome Center. The deadline to sign up is Wednesday, June 17th.
7. In the Know will be held on Friday, June 19th at 7:30 PM at Campus 3. In The Know is a live session taught by Pastor Marilyn Gool to share valuable information about current events with the members of VCC that is generally not found in the mainstream media. This is a MEMBERS ONLY event.
8. Looking to improve your health naturally? Join us Saturday, June 27th at More Than Conquerors College from 10 AM - 1 PM for an informative and engaging workshop focused on the powerful benefits of bitter herbs and bitter greens. The cost is $45, which includes lunch and dessert, as well as live demonstrations on how to prepare and enjoy bitter herbs and greens. The deadline to sign up is Monday, June 15th and is limited to the first 20 sign-ups. Register today at More Than Conqueror’s College or call 704-679-9122. 10. Men, the movie for tomorrow night’s Family Movie Night is Samson. The menu will include chicken alfredo, spaghetti, salad, garlic bread, drinks, chips, cookies and desserts. Men’s night starts at 6 PM and the movie will start at 7 PM. We look forward to your attendance!
11. NextGen Youth! Ready to use your voice and make a real impact? Come out to Camp Joshua, a two-day camp designed for you to become an effective pro-life leader. We will cover all the basics of pro-life issues through hands-on workshops, fun, fellowship, and pizza! Camp Joshua will be held at the VYB on Friday, June 26th from 4 PM - 9 PM and Saturday, June 27th from 9 AM - 4 PM. The cost is $30, and attendees must be incoming through graduating high school students. Register at NCRTL.org/campjoshuanc or scan the QR code located on the screens and on the front lobby foyers.
12. Fun Night will be held THIS FRIDAY from 7-11 PM for ages 9-18. Appropriate attire is required.
13. Men’s Night for VCC Men ages 19 and up is held Monday nights from 6-9 PM at the Victory Youth Building.
14. Do you enjoy working behind the scenes and have a knack for technology? We’re looking for volunteers to join our I-MAG (Image Magnification) Team. We have an immediate need for volunteers for Sunday evening services! If you're comfortable with computers and can type, this is a great way to serve. No prior experience is needed—training will be provided! This is more than just pushing buttons—by serving on the I-MAG team, you are upholding our Pastor’s arms and playing a vital role in spreading the Gospel. Stop by the Welcome Center to fill out a MOH application—we’d love to have you on the team!
15. This week, we are asking each member to bring Dried Beans. Items may be dropped off at the Dome Food & Clothing Room before and after service or weekdays (9:30 AM-4:30 PM) at the Missions Office located at Campus 3 (6916 Old Pineville Road). Thank you in advance.
16. The Missions Department is currently seeking compassionate and dependable volunteers to join their Food & Clothing Ministry. There is a special need for men volunteers to assist with lifting, loading, organizing, setup, and outreach support. Whether you can help weekly, monthly, or occasionally, your support is greatly appreciated. For more information or to sign up to serve, please contact the Missions Office at 704-529-5888.
17. Missions has an urgent need for diapers sized 1, 2, and 3. Donations may be dropped off at the dome Food and Clothing Room before and after services or at the Missions Office at Campus 3 during office hours. Thank you for your support.

The Missions Department is looking for people with skills to volunteer to assist people operating on a tight budget, couponing, cooking healthy meals, creative homemaking, and leveraging resources. 19. If you were baptized and haven’t received your baptismal certificate, please pick it up at the Welcome Center.
20. A new, tax-deferred IRA-type account for children, with $1,000 in federal seed money for children born between 2025 and 2028. To open an account, visit trumpaccounts.gov starting in mid-2026.
21. Ministry of Helps Classes are available online! There are three options to register for these classes: 1. Go to vccenter.net, click on the “serve” tab and complete the submission form. 2. Sign up at the Welcome Center or 3. Email churchoffice@vccenter.net. If you are unable to take the classes online, please call the Church Office at 704-602-6010.
22. New Members Classes are available online. If you are interested in church membership, please go to vccenter.net, click on the “New Members Classes Online” link under the “Connect” tab. Submit your first and last name and email address. Your login credentials will then be sent to you.
23. The VCC Nursery Ministry is looking for excited volunteers to work with our 2 - 4 year olds. Benefits include: instant hero status, exercise during praise and worship, unlimited high fives, helping build a foundation for the next generation. The VCC Women's Shelter is touching and changing lives for the glory of God....If you are interested in serving at the Women's Shelter, we have chaperone shifts available Wednesday and Friday evenings and all-day Saturdays and Sundays. We are also in need of breakfast, lunch and dinner cooks Saturdays and Sundays. Please sign up at the Welcome Center.
26. The Media Ministry has need of additional volunteers in all areas: Video, Audio, Floor Director, I-MAG and Stage & Lighting. No experience required and training will be provided. 27. VCC Youth Fun Night for ages 9-18 needs chaperones! If you are a VCC member, at least 21 years old, completed MOH classes, have a desire/calling to work with youth and a fun personality; then we'd love for you to come serve with us! Flexible time slots are available once approved. All interested may complete a MOH application at the Welcome Center.
