1. Everyone with July Birthdays who did not get a chance to meet with Pastor Marilyn last Sunday, please stop by the Welcome Center to receive a special gift TODAY after service!
2. The NextGen Youth Meeting with Pastor Marilyn for youth, ages 12-18, will be held TODAY at 5:30 PM in the Victory Youth Building Gym. Following the meeting, the youth will be escorted to the Dome for the Founder’s Day praise service.
3. Victory Family! Founder’s Day 2026 is here! We’re celebrating our founder, the late Pastor Robyn Gool, the history of VCC, and the many campuses and buildings God has blessed us with! THIS EVENING at 7 PM, we will continue celebrating with a special praise service here in the Dome. Come in your casual attire, ready to praise the Lord for 46 years of Victory! We can’t wait to see you there!

5. Attention Youth! NextGen will host this year's Youth Lock-In beginning THIS FRIDAY at 7:00 PM to SATURDAY at 7:00 AM. Join us for 12 hours of non-stop fun, food, fellowship, and ministry. The featured activity of the night will be a private outing to Adventure Air Sports Trampoline Park. Back by popular demand, youth are allowed to “Bring a Friend” to the Lock-In. Just be sure to get approval from your parents and theirs. The cost is $5 per person and every youth must register to attend. Register in person at the Welcome Center or online at vccenter.net/nextgen. The sign-up deadline is THIS WEDNESDAY, so save your spot by registering today!
6. The NextGen Youth Lock-In is need of chaperones! This event will be from THIS FRIDAY at 7 PM to SATURDAY at 7 AM. If you are a VCC member and at least 21 years old, we'd love for you to come serve! You may volunteer for the entire event or for 4–5-hour time slots: 6 PM – 10 PM, 10 PM – 3 AM, or 3 AM – 7 AM. There is also a need for men to serve as security and monitor the doors and hallways. If you are interested, please sign up at the Welcome Center. Thank you!
7. Attention all incoming college freshmen! We invite you to be a part of our College Outreach that will be held at Campus 3 on Sunday, August 2nd at 5:00PM. This outreach, hosted by the Missions Department, is designed to highlight key aspects of college, including its academic programs, faith-based values, financial aid options, student life, sororities, and campus safety. Please sign up at the Welcome Center if you plan to attend. The last day to sign up is THIS WEDNESDAY.

9. Journey to Joy, a small group for widows and widowers, will host a movie night at on Saturday, August 8th from 2 PM – 6 PM at Campus 3. The featured movie is titled Sarah’s Oil. We hope to see you there!
10. The theme for this year’s Founder’s Day is our real estate! If you are interested in learning more about our Founder, the late Pastor Robyn Gool, and the life he led before starting Victory Christian Center and increasing its properties, take a look at last year’s documentary! It can be found online at vccenter.net/church-history. Discover or remind yourself of the work the Lord did through Pastor Robyn Gool and the legacy he left for us to carry forward!
11. Men’s Night for VCC Men ages 19 and up is held Monday nights from 6-9 PM at the Victory Youth Building.

13. Victory Family! For the 2026–2027 school year, VCCS is seeking house parents who are willing to open their homes to our international students and serve as ambassadors of the Kingdom—providing a safe, loving, and Christ-centered “home away from home” during the academic year. If you feel led to serve in this capacity and would like to be considered to host one or two students, please stop by the Welcome Center to sign up and receive additional information.
14. Christian Center School 2026–2027 Enrollment & Re-Enrollment is in process! Now is the time to secure your child’s place at Victory Christian Center School for the 2026–2027 school year. We are excited to welcome both new and returning families as we continue developing kingdom-impacting leaders. There are tuition assistance opportunities: NC Opportunity Scholarship. 17. The Missions Department is currently seeking compassionate and dependable volunteers to join their Food & Clothing Ministry. There is a special need for men volunteers to assist with lifting, loading, organizing, setup, and outreach support. Whether you can help weekly, monthly, or occasionally, your support is greatly appreciated. For more information or to sign up to serve, please contact the Missions Office at 704-529-5888.
18. Missions has an urgent need for diapers sized 1, 2, and 3. Donations may be dropped off at the dome Food and Clothing Room before and after services or at the Missions Office at Campus 3 during office hours. Thank you for your support.

The Missions Department is looking for people with skills to volunteer to assist people operating on a tight budget, couponing, cooking healthy meals, creative homemaking, and leveraging resources. 21. If you were baptized and haven’t received your baptismal certificate, please pick it up at the Welcome Center.
22. A new, tax-deferred IRA-type account for children, with $1,000 in federal seed money for children born between 2025 and 2028. To open an account, visit trumpaccounts.gov.
23. Ministry of Helps Classes are available online! There are three options to register for these classes: 1. Go to vccenter.net, click on the “serve” tab and complete the submission form. 2. Sign up at the Welcome Center or 3. Email churchoffice@vccenter.net. If you are unable to take the classes online, please call the Church Office at 704-602-6010.
24. New Members Classes are available online. If you are interested in church membership, please go to vccenter.net, click on the “New Members Classes Online” link under the “Connect” tab. Submit your first and last name and email address. Your login credentials will then be sent to you.
25. The VCC Nursery Ministry is looking for excited volunteers to work with our 2 - 4 year olds. Benefits include: instant hero status, exercise during praise and worship, unlimited high fives, and helping build a foundation for the next generation. The VCC Women's Shelter is touching and changing lives for the glory of God....If you are interested in serving at the Women's Shelter, we have chaperone shifts available Wednesday and Friday evenings and all-day Saturdays and Sundays. We are also in need of breakfast, lunch and dinner cooks Saturdays and Sundays. Please sign up at the Welcome Center.
28. The Media Ministry has need of additional volunteers in all areas: Video, Audio, Floor Director, I-MAG and Stage & Lighting. No experience required and training will be provided. If you are looking for an opportunity to hold up our pastor’s arms, the Media Ministry may be the area for you. If interested, please sign up at the Welcome Center. Thank you in advance.
29. The Ministry is in need of additional volunteers to serve as the Floor Director. The Floor Director manages the activities of the service/livestream inside the sanctuary. They ensure that the service/livestream production runs smoothly and on time. They relay cues and time counts to talent, presenters and guests. This position requires being able to multitask and to think quickly and be firm but polite. If you are interested in serving in this position, please stop by the Welcome Center to complete a Ministry of Helps application.
30. Do you enjoy working behind the scenes and have a knack for technology? We’re looking for volunteers to join our I-MAG (Image Magnification) Team. We have an immediate need for volunteers for Sunday evening services! If you're comfortable with computers and can type, this is a great way to serve. No prior experience is needed—training will be provided! This is more than just pushing buttons—by serving on the I-MAG team, you are upholding our Pastor’s arms and playing a vital role in spreading the Gospel. Stop by the Welcome Center to fill out a MOH application—we’d love to have you on the team!
31. VCC Youth Fun Night for ages 9-18 needs chaperones! If you are a VCC member, at least 21 years old, completed MOH classes, have a desire/calling to work with youth and a fun personality; then we'd love for you to come serve with us! Flexible time slots are available once approved. All interested may complete a MOH application at the Welcome Center.
