Thank God for His mercy. Thank God that He is long-suffering. Aren’t you glad that God isn’t like some of us? We tend to give up on and write people off. We can sometimes become impatient. God is ever merciful. He is aware of what is taking place on the earth. He is aware of the sin, crime, and atrocities that are taking place. Instead of judgement to take place, God is being extraordinarily patient. He is waiting on us to get our act together. We must be the same way towards people and the promises of God. We must not give up on the promises of God, and we cannot give up on people. We must be like our Father, extraordinarily patient. When we are, it's just a matter of time before we experience the fulfillment of the promises of God.
