When we make Jesus the Lord of our lives, there should be a difference. There should be a change in our conduct. There should be a change in our behavior and how we see things. When there is a genuine conversion there should be a genuine transformation. The power of God will cause that to happen in our lives. To say that we have been born again, and there is no change, is denying the power. Salvation is a oneness with God. It is becoming a new creature in Christ. It is allowing the power of God to change and mold us onto His image (not allowing God to do so, would be denying the power of God). We can't limit the power of God in our lives. We must allow him to make us into what He wants us to be. By doing this, we allow Him to shape us into His image.
