📖 “Then Jesus called together the Twelve [apostles] and gave them power and authority over all demons, and to cure diseases, And He sent them out to announce and preach the kingdom of God and to bring healing. And He said to them, Do not take anything for your journey-neither walking stick, nor wallet [for a collection bag], nor food of any kind, nor money, and do not have two undergarments (tunics).” -Luke 9:1-3 AMPC
When God sends His people out, He takes care of them. First He equipped His disciples. He gave them power and authority over sickness, disease, and demons. Once they were equipped, He sent them out. Once they were sent out, He took care of them. Jesus sent them without food, money, or anything. Later on, when they returned, Jesus asked them did they lack anything, and they answered, "No". We can depend on God to take care of us. He will send people across our path. He will direct our steps. Whatever God has called us to, we can trust that He has not only equipped us, but that He will also take care of us. He hasn't changed, if He has done it in the past, He will do it today.
