On Friday, July 21st, the NextGen Youth Ministry at Victory Christian Center hosted a Revival Concert in it’s main auditorium at the Dome! The NextGen Revival Concert brought together young people in an environment that allowed the Spirit of God to move and for them to have experiences and encounters with God through Praise and Worship. This event was open to the public and guest churches were invited. The audience enjoyed spoken word from the NextGen youth and performances by the worship group “Christ for the Nations" and surprise rap artist Hulvey."
During the concert, two ladies rededicated their lives to Christ, and one of them was filled with the Holy Spirit. To that we say, to God be the glory! After the concert, the NextGen youth and guest churches had a special meet and greet with the artists. We also conducted interviews with the rap artist, Hulvey and the lead worship singer of Christ for the Nations, Maria. They both were able to share encouragement with the youth to be leaders, cultivate intimacy with God, and surrender to His calling on their lives!
