Trump announces development in Russia/ Ukraine conflict
President Trump has announced Russia’s leader wants to finally end the Russia-Ukrainian conflict.
The president recently announced that after a two-hour phone call, Vladmir Putin has voiced his desire to end the three-year-long war. Negotiations have improved after months of stalling between the two sides. The Ukrainian government wants the war to end with no loss of land since the Russia invasion. Putin claims he wants land he believes rightly belongs to Russia, amidst an earlier claim that land which belonged to Ukraine and other former Soviet nations is theirs. President Trump says that if both sides are not willing to compromise there will be no continued talks. Ceasefire talks may possibly be held at the Vatican, which is a neutral zone.

Christian watchdog group calls more religious protections for Christians
The group, Christian Solidarity International, praised a recent decision by President Trump, who recently announced he was willing to ease sanctions on the nation of Syria. The ease of sanctions will be made in exchange for more religious freedom for all faiths, especially Christians. The watchdog group says the President has to continue his pledge to protect Christians in other countries. The U.S. has imposed sanctions on Syria since 2011. The group also wants President Trump to hold that nation’s leader accountable for Syria’s persecution of Christians. The leader, who is a member of Al-Qaeda, also founded the Syrian branch of the group. Christian Solidarity says the more than 2,000-year history of Christians in Syria could be wiped out if the U.S. government and others don’t take a stand for this persecuted group.

SNBC Health Report: How Probiotics in Fermented Dairy Help Manage Osteoporosis

Osteoporosis is one of the most devastating age-related diseases, and it often goes unnoticed until it's too late. In America alone, it's estimated that 10 million people are affected by this condition.

Characterized by porous, brittle bones, osteoporosis leaves you vulnerable to fractures from simple falls. Common symptoms include back pain, stooped posture, and an increased risk of breaks in the hips, spine, or wrists. Without intervention, it can cause permanent disability, loss of independence, and a shortened lifespan.

Calcium intake is just one piece of the puzzle. Research has shown that there's an additional convenient solution, paired with calcium, that can make a big difference — fermented dairy.

Fermented dairy like kefir helps rebuild bone by boosting osteocalcin and lowering bone breakdown markers, which results in stronger bones.

The probiotics in fermented dairy actively balance bone-building and bone-resorbing cells, helping prevent and even reverse the progression of osteoporosis.

Research shows that regular kefir consumption increased hip bone density by 5.5% in just six months, offering real gains in areas most vulnerable to life-altering fractures.

Beneficial bacteria in fermented dairy lower inflammation and oxidative stress, which are two hidden drivers of bone loss that most conventional treatments overlook.
