Proverbs 3:12 NKJV
For whom the Lord loves He corrects, just as the father the son in whom he delights.
It can be difficult to get excited when we have to be corrected. However, those who love us don't let us go on in the wrong path without trying to help us. We can't always correct the people we love because some of them might not be open to our doing so. But whenever we are allowed to, we share our insight to try to help those we love. When God corrects us it is a moment to celebrate His love. Is is a moment to give thanks to Him for loving us enough to tell us the truth. Let us remain open to God and ask Him to always correct us as needed.
