For example, different kinds of fermented foods such as yogurt and kefir are beneficial to the body. Citrus foods are rich in vitamin C, and meat has a form of iron that benefits the body. Fish such as salmon are rich in omega 3 fatty acid, and broccoli is rich in fiber. All these foods can help naturally repair issues in the body and provide nutrients where needed.
